Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a type of acute febrile illness caused by one of the four serotypes of the virus again with the genus Flavivirus known as the dengue virus which is characterized by bleeding fever 2 to 7 days without clear cause weakness, lethargy, anxiety, heartburn accompanied by signs of bleeding in the skin in the form of bleeding spots. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community knowledge and attitudes on dengue prevention behavior in the working area of the padang cermin health center.This type of research uses quantitative research with a cross sectional approach.The study population was the head of the family in the health center working area with a sample of 145 families selected by purposive sampling using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge obtained a value of knowledge (r=0.604; P Value 0.001 <0.05) attitude (r=0.732; P value 0.001 <0.05) with dengue prevention behavior. The results of hypothesis testing are that there is a positive relationship between knowledge and attitude with dengue prevention behavior. Suggestions from researchers, namely, the need to increase public knowledge by the Puskesmas through socialization and education activities to prevent dengue hemorrhagic fever routinely once a month, promotion to the community can be done with social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook so that information can reach the community more quickly.

Abstract

Lampung Province recorded 3,484 cases of Dengue Fever (DHF) or 435 cases in a month. Or there are 14 cases a day. South Lampung recorded 185 people who experienced DHF from January to August 2022. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and the role of community leaders on the incidence of DHF in the working area of the Hajimena Health Center, South Lampung Regency in 2023. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach with a population of 96 respondents and the number of samples is the same as the population because it uses total sampling tectics because the population is less than 100 the entire population is sampled using univariate and bivariate analysis tests. To determine the frequency distribution of the dependent variable (DHF incidence) and to determine the relationship between the independent variables (knowledge and the role of community leaders). The results of univariate research are that there are 26 people who experience DHF, there are 55 respondents who have good knowledge and there are 42 respondents who have poor knowledge, and the role of community leaders is 65 respondents who play a good role and there are 32 respondents who do not play a good role. Bivariate results There is a significant relationship between the knowledge of community leaders on the incidence of DHF (pvalue = 0.011) and There is a significant relationship between the role of community leaders on the incidence of DHF (pvalue = 0.000) in the working area of the Hajimena Health Center in 2023. To improve the knowledge and role of community leaders in paying attention to the condition of the community environment and eradicating mosquito nests, support from health agencies such as health centers and health offices is needed.

Abstract

Active fire protection system in RSD. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung has not met the standards related to the Technical Requirements for Fire Protection Systems. Inside the building there is an alarm system and fire protection system that is not maintained and not functioning, there are no automatic sprinklers installed in the room, and there is no fire extinguishing system installed. permanent and uneven. The aim of this research is to determine the suitability analysis of RSD active fire protection system facilities. Dr.A Dadi Tjokrodipo, Bandar Lampung City, 2023. The aim of the research is to determine the risk factors for fire protection at RSD Dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo Bandar Lampung. This type of qualitative descriptive research uses an observation and documentation interview approach. The total sample was 4 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The research results show that active fire protection facilities are APAR, alarm, detector, sprinkler and hydrant with a total of 43 indicators, consisting of APAR (13 indicators), 12 indicators (90%) are met, 1 indicator (10%) is not met. . Of all these indicators. RSD dr. Dadi Tjokrodipo, Bandar Lampung City, 12 indicators were met (5.16%) and 34 (94.84%) other indicators were not met. It can be concluded that hospital fire response readiness in dealing with potential fires is still minimal and inadequate. It is hoped that the hospital will continue to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure.
