Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dan mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Pondok Naga. Populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian terdiri dari masyarakat Desa Pondok Naga, termasuk kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis), pelaku usaha, dan tokoh masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui pencatatan dokumen, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Pondok Naga masih rendah; (2) Kendala-kendala dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Pondok Naga mencakup aksesibilitas, sarana dan prasarana, akomodasi, promosi, serta ketersediaan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Correlation between Interpersonal Communication and Optimism with Adversity Quotient for Non-Permanent Employees of the Medan Tourism Polytechnic. The hypothesis proposed is there is a correlation between Interpersonal Communication and Optimism with Adversity Quotient for Non-Permanent Employees of the Medan Tourism Polytechnic. The sample in this study amounted 65 respondents. The sampling technique using total sampling. The data collection method is a Likert scale of interpersonal communication, optimism, and adversity quotient. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of this study are: 1. There is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication and adversity quotient. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.407 with p = 0.001 <0.05. Based on the results of this study, the first proposed hypothesis was declared accepted. 2. There is a positive and significant correlation between optimism with adversity quotient. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.461 with p = 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of this study, the second proposed hypothesis was declared accepted 3. There is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication and optimism with adversity quotient. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.626 with p = 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of this study, the third proposed hypothesis was declared accepted. It is known that the subjects of this study, Non-Permanent Employees of the Medan Tourism Polytechnic have high interpersonal communication, low optimism, and low adversity quotient.

Abstract

Pricing plays an important role in tourists' visiting decisions. The prices set by the manager should adjust to the expectations of tourists who come to visit. Pricing by tourist attraction managers must of course be balanced with the completeness of the facilities offered to tourists. The purpose of this research was to find out whether there was an influence of prices and facilities on tourist visit decisions at Tjong A Fie Mansion period of November 2020. The method used in this study was a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data used were secondary data, hypothesis testing using the test of the coefficient of determination (R2), Simultaneous Test (F) and partial test (t) by calculation using the SPSS program and using slovin program. The sample of this study was 186 visitors. The results of simultaneous and partial showed that prices and facilities has positive and significantly influence on tourist visit decisions at Tjong A Fie Mansion.

Abstract

Proses pengembangan destinasi wisata bukanlah sebuah hal yang mudah. Terdapat berbagai motivasi mulai dari dorongan ekonomi, pelestarian lingkungan, hingga promosi budaya lokal. Tantangan-tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, resistensi dari masyarakat lokal, dan masalah pendanaan sering kali menjadi hambatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi dan tantangan dalam pengembangan destinasi wisata baru di Pea Farm House. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1(satu) orang yaitu pengelola Pea Farm House. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan pyrposive sampling. Metode pengambilan data adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, studi pustaka dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisa data dan analisa SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : Motivasi pengelola dalam mengembangkan destinasi pariwisata adalah untuk melakukan aktualisasi diri dan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa, tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam proses pengembangan adalah akses jalan yang kurang baik.
