Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konsultan dan pengembangan SDM khususnya konsultan pengembangan SDM dan tes psikologi. Berdasarkan observasi di lapangan perkembangan teknologi dan aplikasi sistem informasi pada PT XYZ kurang berjalan dengan baik, masih terjadi penumpukkan pemohon tes psikologi sim di outlet serta tidak adanya dokumentasi teknologi dan aplikasi sistem informasi yang bisa di jadikan sebagai acuan untuk melakukan pengembangan teknologi dan aplikasi sistem informasi. Sehingga PT XYZ saat ini menghadapi permasalahan di sebabkan beberapa hal seperti tidak tertatanya teknologi dan aplikasi sistem informasi. Oleh sebab itu dengan di butuhkan pengembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi yang lebih baik untuk mencapai tujuan untuk memiliki teknologi dan aplikasi sistem informasi yang selaras dengan visi dan misi perusahaan dengan membangun sebuah enterprise architecture. Adapun Langkah dalam mengatasi permasalahan pada PT XYZ adalah dengan merancang arsitektur enterprise menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM dimana perancangan EA ini berdasarkan arsitektur visi, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi, arsitektur teknologi serta opportunities and solutions. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasil sebuah blue print yang akan di jadikan sebagai acuan atau masterplan perusahaan untuk pengembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi.

Abstract

This research is an experiment with the pretest-posttest control group design method. The type of research used in this study is a type of experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. This research is experimental research and the research design used is a Quasi-Experimental Design, namely the Group Pretest Posttest Design. The sample used in this study were players aged 13-15 years, Persegrata Palembang football school (SSB) students in 2023, totaling 10 players. The sampling technique in this study used a systematic sampling technique and an ordinal pair system. This research as a whole used test, measurement, and documentation methods. The results of the study showed differences between the group of students who used the barrier hop training model and those who used the jump-to-box training model for their shooting abilities. This means that the training model has a significant role in shooting ability. Also, there are differences in passing and shooting skills between groups of students who receive the barrier hop training model and the group of students who receive the jump-to-box training model.

Abstract

Classroom action research was conducted to improve the learning process which was not optimal during the covid 19 pandemic. The problems that occurred in schools and were often seen in students, especially in the PJOK subject matter of the basic motion of turbo throwing, namely the learning outcomes obtained by students were low, so this study aimed to improve the learning outcomes of throwing turbo using the recitation method in class IV.A students of SD Negeri 112 Palembang. Classroom action research was conducted in class IV.A of SD Negeri 112 Palembang with a total of 36 students. This research was conducted in two cycles. Based on the results obtained during the implementation of the pre-cycle class action research, cycle I and cycle II continued to increase. It is known that the results of the initial test, of the 36 students who were the object of this study, it turned out that only 8 students (22.2%) already had learning mastery, while the remaining 28 students (77.7%) did not have learning mastery. The results of the first cycle test showed that out of 36 students, 19 students (52.7%) had mastery learning, the remaining 17 students (47%) did not have mastery learning. The test results of the second cycle of 36 students, it turns out that 32 students (88.8%) already have learning mastery, only 4 students (11.1%) who do not have learning mastery. It can be concluded that the application of the recitation method to turbo throwing learning results in class IV.A students of SD Negeri 6 Palembang for the 2020/2021 academic year.
