Abstract

Software design using the RAD methodology has been widely used among practitioners and academics. One of the advantages of using RAD is the rapid development of software systems. In this paper, the authors employ the RAD method as a software development approach for a service business in the rental equipment information system. The purpose of this paper is to contribute scholarly recommendations regarding the use of RAD methodology in the design of rental equipment information systems. The research methods utilized in this paper are literature review and software system implementation. In relation to the implementation stage, the author utilizes the Java programming language and MySQL as the database. The results obtained from this paper include the faster development of software quality and the recommendation of screen design prototypes that can be used by software developers involved in similar rental service businesses.

Abstract

Patriot Nusantara Private Vocational High School (SMKS) is an educational institution in Jakarta, Patriot Nusantara SMKS organizes educational assistance programs through scholarships. There are various types of scholarships given, namely scholarships given to underprivileged and high achieving students. The Student Study Assistance Scholarship (BBS) is a type of scholarship for economically disadvantaged students, while the Academic Achievement Improvement Scholarship (PPA) is a scholarship given to high-achieving students. To find patterns in determining scholarship recipients, a decision support system was built, through research. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is used to evaluate and make multi-criteria decisions. It evaluates various alternatives based on different criteria and assigns a relative score to each alternative. Based on the results of this research, it produces better and more accurate calculations. If previously selection took 10 hours, now with the decision support system the selection time is shorter.

Abstract

Patriot Nusantara Private Vocational High School (SMKS) is an educational institution in Jakarta, Patriot Nusantara SMKS organizes a teacher performance assessment program. In the process of assessing the performance of teachers at Patriot Nusantara Jakarta Vocational School, the conventional method is used by filling out a questionnaire carried out by the school principal and the assessment team, then the questionnaire is summarized. The large number of teachers makes it difficult for school principals and assessment teams to determine the best teacher decisions. To find patterns in teacher performance assessment, a decision support system was built, through research. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Abstract

Perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi pada koperasi PT. Pura Sekolamas berbasis Java merupakan sebuah upaya untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan di koperasi tersebut. Sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sebuah sistem yang terdiri dari berbagai komponen seperti hardware, software, prosedur, dan manusia, yang bekerja sama untuk mengelola informasi keuangan dan akuntansi suatu organisasi. Dalam perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi ini, akan dilakukan analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pemodelan data, dan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis Java. Bahasa pemrograman Java dipilih karena memiliki banyak fitur yang mendukung pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web, yang sangat berguna dalam pengelolaan data keuangan dan akuntansi secara online. Dengan adanya sistem informasi akuntansi yang terintegrasi dan efektif, diharapkan koperasi PT. Pura Sekolamas dapat mengoptimalkan pengelolaan keuangannya, mempercepat proses pelaporan keuangan, serta memberikan informasi yang akurat dan tepat waktu kepada pengelola koperasi dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya. Dalam pengelolaan keuangan koperasi, sistem informasi akuntansi yang baik dapat membantu meminimalkan kesalahan, mempercepat proses, serta meningkatkan akurasi data. Oleh karena itu, perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi yang efektif sangat penting bagi koperasi PT. Pura Sekolamas untuk mencapai tujuan dan visi perusahaan secara lebih efektif.
