Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build a decision support system for evaluating teacher performance using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method at SMP Bina Mandiri. decision support for teacher performance evaluation uses the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method which can be used by school principals and assessment teams to provide teacher performance assessments. If previously when not using the system in the teacher performance appraisal process it took 1 week, now with the teacher performance appraisal system, the selection time is shorter, namely 15 minutes to 30 minutes. So that routine activities within the scope of SMP Bina Mandiri are not disturbed by the process of evaluating teacher performance, then the process of making reports becomes easier and more systematic.

Abstract

Taruna Karya IV State Elementary School (SD) Bandung City is one of the educational institutions in Bandung City, Taruna Karya IV Bandung State Elementary School organizes a teacher performance assessment program. In the process of assessing the performance of teachers at Taruna Karya IV Elementary School, Bandung City, the conventional method was used by filling out a questionnaire carried out by the school principal and the assessment team, then the questionnaire was recapitulated. The manual system and the number of teachers selected have caused school principals and the assessment team to experience difficulties in determining the teacher's decision with the best assessment. To find patterns in teacher performance assessment, a decision support system was built, through research. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is used to evaluate and make multi-criteria decisions. It evaluates various alternatives based on different criteria and assigns a relative score to each alternative. Based on the results of this research, it produces better and more accurate calculations. If previously selection took 1 day, now with the decision support system the selection time is shorter. .

Abstract

Technology serves as a tool and support for the learning process. Following interviews at the Tali Bangs Foundation children's home, it was revealed that they had not utilized the internet, particularly blog spot, as a digital platform for sharing information. This service initiative aims to offer training to enhance the skills of high school-aged orphanage children engaged in trading activities to promote their products, information, and services through the internet. Blog spot stands out as the most user-friendly and cost-effective web medium. The training will encompass various crucial aspects of blog creation, such as selecting a theme, configuring the layout, crafting engaging content, incorporating images and multimedia, and linking with social media. Participants will be guided through practical steps to develop an appealing and functional blog. Additionally, the training will delve into marketing strategies through blogs, including search engine optimization (SEO) and the proper utilization of keywords. Participants will grasp how to leverage blog spot's potential to enhance visibility and expand their audience reach. By the end of the training, participants are expected to have a solid grasp of blog creation using Blog spot and be capable of applying the acquired knowledge and skills in the realm of digital information. As a result of this program, the trainees have established a sturdy foundation to kickstart the development of personal, business, and other types of blogs utilizing the Blog spot platform as their primary tool.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a clinical administration application system at the Anugerah Clinic, so that administrative data processing at the Grace Clinic is easier and more systematic, so that reporting is more accurate and structured. The research methodology used in the data processing system is data collection techniques such as observing documentation studies, as well as conducting literature research that is relevant to information system problems. The system development method used uses grounded research methods.

Abstract

Handling natural disaster victims requires a fast, precise, and fair aid distribution process. In this context, expert systems can be utilized as a decision-making tool in determining the type and amount of aid that should be given to victims. This article develops a desktop-based expert system using the Java programming language, which is able to calculate the type of aid based on the condition of the victim, the level of damage, and the number of affected family members. The method used is a rule-based expert system with if-then logic. The results show that this system can assist field officers in accelerating the calculation and distribution of aid.
