Abstract

This research examines about The Impact Of Labeling Poor On PKH Recipient Families In Jorong Tanjung Durian, Sangir Jujuan District South Solok Regency. This study aims to describe the impact of labeling poor in Jorong Tanjung Durian Nagari Padang Limau Sundai, South Solok Regency. The approach used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The unit of analysis in this study is PKH recipient family. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that the impact of labeling poor on families receiving PKH assistance in Jorong Tanjung Durian, Sangir Jujuan District, South Solok Regency is (1). PKH recipient families feel awkward in society. (2). PKH recipient families become a byword in society. (3). PKH recipient families are belittled in society. (4).   Have the opportunity for their children to receive scholarships at school. (5). Opportunity to receive assistance again in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the diversion in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System in the Court of Bengkalis Regency and the perspective of Islamic law. This type of research is normative research. Data collection methods employed interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of diversion according to the perspective of Islamic law regarding the diversion of Juvenile cases based on Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, among others, in Islamic law, there is no normative evidence regarding criminal sanctions, especially in the form of imprisonment for children. This is because Criminal punishment sanctions for children in Islam are ta'dib (education) which is regulated by the waliyul amri (leader).

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to create a strong BUMDes in Gampoeng Ujong Baroh, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency, both in terms of Innovation, institutions and financial management based on transparency and accountability. This community service was carried out in Gampoeng Ujong Baroh, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency in June 2025. Management training was carried out in two sessions. The first training session was carried out by the community service with the material "Establishment of BUMDes and BUMDes Management". And the second session was related to the management of technology management in BUMDes. Participants who took part in the socialization/workshop activities were village heads, sub-district assistants and BUMDes administrators of Gampoeng Ujong Baroh, Johan Pahlawan District. The number of participants who took part in this activity was 20 people. The results of the community service formed an understanding of the behavior of Bumdes (BUMG) managers in the village in carrying out their business activities. Village-Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) managers understand how to explore village potential and develop it to become independent villages. They understand how to initiate, start, and determine diverse business types based on the potential of existing human resources. They are able to develop Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) as institutions capable of meeting the needs of the village community.
