Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the degree of fiscal decentralization on economic growth in the South West Region of Aceh Province for the period 2011-2019. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Provincial Statistics Agency (BPS) and districts/cities in the South West region of Aceh Province, as well as from related agencies that have relevance to the subject matter of this research. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis model. The variables used are economic growth (dependent variable) and fiscal decentralization (independent variable). The results showed that the degree of fiscal decentralization in the South West Aceh region had a positive effect on economic growth in the South West Aceh. It is hoped that the District / City Governments of the South West of Aceh Province can increase economic growth, and explore productive and potential economic sectors that can influence the degree of fiscal decentralization in the South West Region of Aceh Province. Keywords: Economic Growth, Fiscal Decentralization.

Abstract

The importance of guidance on writing scientific articles for students which is carried out based on field research and analysis, in order to improve their competence as campus people. The purpose of this service is to understand and have the ability to write scientific papers for students of UIN Ar-Raniry and University of Teuku Umar (UTU). This guidance is carried out on the basis of students' lack of ability to produce scientific articles that can inspire the public. The advantages that can be obtained from these contributions are considered to arouse talent, interest, and enthusiasm as well as the enthusiasm of academic people to work. After conducting guidance on student productivity as an effort to develop intelligence to produce written works, also at least students are increasingly motivated to work to realize the ethics and personality of insightful undergraduates on campus. In this condition, it was seen that the guidance students (participants) were very enthusiastic about carrying out the assignments given by the resource persons. The assignments and exercises given complete the scientific articles of each participant. Enriching scientific knowledge in the form of articles for journals and books as a standard for a university graduate.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the KCPS Meulaboh State Savings Bank, with the aim of finding out whether job transfers and job promotions had an effect on employee morale. The author's initial hypothesis suspects that there is a positive and significant influence between variable X1 and variable X2 on variable Y. After carrying out further research by distributing questionnaires to 10 employees as respondents, Based on the results of the t test (partial test) for variable X1, the sig value was obtained, namely 0.322>0.05, so in this case it means that variable has no effect on variable Y (Work Morale). For variable X2, the sig value obtained is 0.910>0.05, so in this case it means that variable also has no effect on variable Y (Work Spirit). Based on the results of the F Anova test (simultaneous test), variables X1 and X2 obtained a sig value of 0.543>0.05. So in this case it means that variables X1 and X2 simultaneously (together) have no effect on variable Y.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Nusantara Power UPK Nagan Raya. Penulisan jurnal ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung dan pengisian kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 54 orang karyawan PT. PLN Nusantara Power UPK Nagan Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja secara terpisah maupun gabungan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN. Nusantara Power UPK Nagan Raya. Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The role of village-owned enterprisesis an institution managed by the government and the village community which aims to strengthen the village economy. This research was conducted for see the impact of village-owned enterprises in overcoming poverty in Peunaga Pasi village, Meureubo sub-district, West Aceh district year 2020. This study aims to determine the impact of village-owned enterprises in overcoming poverty. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative, using a sample of 22 respondents.the results of this study indicate that village-owned enterprises have a positive impact on poverty. the existence of village-owned enterprises has reduced the poverty level of the community in the village of Peunaga Pasi, Meureubo sub- district, West Aceh district

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the willingness to pay (WTP) for waste management fees among the community in Gampong Peunaga Baro, West Aceh Regency. The variables examined include education level, income, occupation, and frequency of waste collection. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, and data analysis is conducted through multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each variable on WTP. The population consists of all household heads in Gampong Peunaga Baro, with purposive sampling applied to select 297 respondents who are considered knowledgeable and relevant to the waste management issue. The results indicate that education and income have a positive and significant influence on the community’s ability to pay waste fees, while occupation and frequency of waste collection do not have a significant effect. These findings highlight the importance of considering socioeconomic factors when designing waste fee policies to enhance community participation and improve the sustainability of waste management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pendapatan orang tua dan penggunaan pembayaran digital terhadap pola konsumsi Generasi Z. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi finansial telah secara signifikan meningkatkan akses terhadap transaksi non-tunai, khususnya di kalangan remaja dan mahasiswa. Kemudahan ini diyakini turut mendorong meningkatnya perilaku konsumtif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada mahasiswa Generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan sistem pembayaran digital. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pembayaran digital dan tingkat pendapatan orang tua berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif Generasi Z, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001. Nilai F sebesar 45,064 mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Selain itu, koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,473 menunjukkan bahwa 47,3% variasi dalam pola konsumsi dapat dijelaskan oleh model ini, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to internalize the values of Teuku Umar's struggle as an inspiration for students in achieving their dreams. This activity is based on the problems faced by traditional dayah, coupled with the existence of skeptical assumptions from the community that can affect the motivation and self-confidence of students. The approach used is a participatory educational approach by actively involving students and fostering good communication. This activity consists of two main sessions, namely interactive seminars and training on planning goals. The results of the study showed that the values of Teuku Umar's struggle could be internalized by students of Dayah Darul Faizin and also the building of students' self-confidence increased after the training, motivating them to continue fighting despite their limitations. This activity received a positive response from all participants, including teachers, and was considered useful in shaping the character of students.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan workshop ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan mengenai teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan program SPSS. Jumlah peserta yang berpartisipasi sebanyak 50 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa workshop, dan praktik langsung penggunaan software SPSS. Narasumber melakukan pendampingan kepada peserta pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. Hasilnya sangat menggembirakan, semua peserta telah meningkat pengetahuannya. Selain itu, sekarang mereka telah memiliki keterampilan teknis baru, yakni mampu mengoperasikan perangkat lunak SPPS, dalam hal ini fokus pada analisis regresi berganda.
