Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy used by BMT Insan Mulia Palembang in an effort to increase member loyalty as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the BMT Insan Mulia Palembang marketing strategy to increase member loyalty. This research is a type of field research (field research), this research approach is a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data, with data collection techniques of interviews, observation and documentation. In addition, this study also uses data analysis methods including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that BMT Insan Mulia Palembang has implemented a marketing strategy in an effort to increase member loyalty. The marketing strategy implemented uses the 7P marketing mix which includes product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. The result achieved from implementing the marketing strategy is that the number of loyal members has increased every year because BMT Insan Mulia always prioritizes the needs and desires of its members by providing maximum service and building positive relationships with members. then the supporting factors for BMT Insan Mulia's marketing strategy to increase member loyalty are convenience for members in making deposits and withdrawals, closeness between employees and members so that positive relationships are established, provision of quality facilities to support operational activities, and the provision of regular training to improve the quality of qualified human resources. is at BMT Insan Mulia Palembang so as to be able to create reliable and professional employees. The inhibiting factors are that there is still a minimum number of competent human resources in the field of marketers, there are still people who lack trust in institutions and there are many competitors so that members have more choices.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Communication Management Strategy of IZI Representative of South Sumatra in Improving the Quality of Its Existence in Palembang. The purpose of this research is to understand the communication management strategy of IZI representatives of South Sumatra in increasing existence in Palembang and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is field research, with primary and secondary data sources. While data collection techniques obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. All data will then be analyzed descriptively qualitatively, namely by pouring the results into sentences that are arranged in such a way that they can become neatly arranged sentences. The theory used is the theory according to Parag Diwan which says that communication management is the process of using various communication resources in an integrated manner through the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling the elements of communication to achieve the stated goals. The results of the study show that the communication management strategy used by IZI from South Sumatra in increasing its existence in Palembang is in accordance with the Parag Diwan theory, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. It's just less than optimal in its application. If it is used optimally, it will be easier for IZI to introduce it to the public and can become even more existent in the future. IZI's supporting factors are official permits from the Ministry of Religion and graduate employees from various campuses. Then the inhibiting factor faced is that IZI is a new institution and the number of employees is small while the range of work is very wide.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Dakwah Strategy of Community Leaders in Increasing Residents' Interest in Participating in Tahlilan in Muara Telang Village, Sumber Marga Telang District, Babyuasin Regency". The purpose of this study was to find out the interest of the people of Muara Telang Village in participating in Tahlilan. to find out the objective conditions of community leaders in the village of Muara Telang. to find out the strategy of community leaders in increasing the interest of residents to take part in Tahlilan in the village of Muara Telang. This type of research is field research and a qualitative approach. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources, while data analysis in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is qualitative descriptive, by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the da'wah strategy according to Asamuni Syukir. The results of the research are based on interviews conducted in the field. Residents' interest in participating in tahlilan is very low, due to their busy work as farmers, fishermen and gardeners. It is because of these non-sedentary jobs that the community's interest is low. It is hoped that the objective conditions of community leaders can provide enlightenment for the residents in Muara Telang village so that the residents can later become citizens who are obedient and obedient in religion and diligent in following tahlilan. Whereas the strategy used by community leaders in increasing interest in tahlilan is divided into 3, namely the strategy of socializing in the village of Muara Telang, the strategy of inviting ustadz from outside to add new knowledge and insights, the strategy of providing the facilities needed at the tahlilan event, but the problems that exist in the village of Muara Telang this is the first because of the busyness of the people in their activities, they lack religious knowledge and there are still many who do not understand family life.

Abstract

This study is entitled "Analysis of Da'wah Messages in the Book of Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453 by Ustadz Felix. Y Siauw.” In the current era of globalization, many people or ustadz preach through bi al-qalam (writing), including Ustadz Felix Y. Siauw who preaches through writing. Da'wah through writing has advantages compared to other methods, including: the work of an author will be known forever, even when the author is gone, because readers will always remember the messages contained in these books. The work of Felix Y. The purpose of this study was to find out what messages the da'wah conveyed by Ustadz Felix Y. Siauw in the book Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453, both in the messages of aqidah, moral messages, and shari'ah messages. Researchers also find out which messages are more dominant in this book so that researchers can conclude what the contents of this thesis are. Writing this thesis using a qualitative approach to the method of content analysis. Content analysis is research that is an in-depth discussion of the contents of written or printed information in the mass media. Based on the results of the data obtained, it is found that the contents of the book Muhammad Al-Fatih 1453 contain many da'wah messages including: messages of faith, moral messages and sharia messages that are related to everyday life. The most dominant da'wah message in this book is about Aqidah, how Muhammad Al-Fatih's belief in the promise that Allah and the Messenger of Allah gave in his bisyaroh in the form of the conquest of the city of Constantinople which became a separate strength for Muhammad Al-Fatih and his troops to realize the bisyaroh that the Messenger of Allah conveyed.
