Abstract

This research aims to analyze efforts and strategies in establishing inter-church harmony in society during the current pandemic. The current pandemic creates new challenges in maintaining interfaith relations and strengthening tolerance in communities. In this context, churches from various denominations are faced with the need to increase collaboration and mutual understanding. This research uses a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with church leaders and community members who are actively involved in efforts to establish harmony. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify key patterns in practices that support inter-church harmony. This research makes an important contribution to the understanding of how churches can work together to create harmony in difficult times such as the current pandemic. The practical implications of this research can be a guide for church and community leaders in building harmonious relationships amidst the challenges they face together. The research results show that there are several key factors that support the success of efforts to establish church harmony today. Among these are regular inter-religious dialogue, joint social activities, and an inclusive approach in understanding differences in beliefs.

Abstract

Green vegetables is a term in Indonesian that refers to types of vegetables that have a green color. In general, green vegetables contain various important nutrients such as fiber, vitamins and minerals which are beneficial for health. Various types of green vegetables include leaves, leafy vegetables, and other green plants that are usually cooked as part of everyday meals,product. various journals, books and scientific sourcesas well as with Mr. Harryono Aritonang as a vegetable farmer in Parhorboan Village, Kec. Pagaran, Kab. North Tapanuli has experienced price increases in recent times, on November 6 2023, the price of vegetables, including green mustard greens, white mustard greens and other mustard greens, reached around 10,000/kg Previously the price which was IDR 5,000/kg the previous two. This increase in vegetable prices occurred due to weather events that were not good or adequate,Parhorboan Village is due to the quality getting better.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and research usually includes several important sections that explain the topic of discussion or research. This abstract begins with an explanation of the background of the problem: The role of youth in the church and their role as the next generation. They have great potential to vitalize church ministries and realize the mission of the church around the world. However, often this potential is not well developed due to a lack of proper guidance.Next, the abstract provides an explanation of the purpose of the discussion or research. To help church youth discover, develop, and utilize their potential in church ministry and community life, the author attempts to create an effective coaching strategy. This strategy is intended to form youth who are not only intellectually skilled but also spiritually, emotionally, and socially mature. It often contains several important components that explain the Abstract and ends with a conclusion that emphasizes how important youth development is as part of church ministry. A church that is able to develop the potential of the younger generation has a positive effect on society as a whole. This abstract emphasizes that successful coaching strategies rely heavily on cooperation between church leaders, families, and the church community in creating an environment that supports overall growth.

Abstract

This research examines the interaction between Paul's understanding of the Kingdom of God and Batak cultural values, especially in the social and spiritual aspects of Batak society. Paul taught that the Kingdom of God is not just a hope for the future, but a reality that is present in the lives of believers through righteousness, peace and joy. present in the lives of believers through righteousness, peace, and joy by the Holy Spirit. by the Holy Spirit. Meanwhile, Batak culture is shaped by principles such as Dalihan Na Tolu, the spirit of gotong royong (marsiadapari), and respect for ancestors, which form the basis of their social and ethical order. their social and ethical order. This research uses a literature study with a theological approach theological approach to examine the harmony and potential tensions between Paul's teachings and Batak customs. and Batak customs. Abstract

This article discusses the concept of the Kingdom of God in Jesus' teaching according to the Gospel of Mark. The Kingdom of God is understood as a spiritual and eschatological reality that is present through the ministry of Jesus Christ. In the Gospel of Mark, Jesus' teaching about the Kingdom of God challenges the traditional view that expects the coming of the Messiah as a political leader. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the verses of Mark 1:15, 4:11-12, 4:30-32, and 10:15 to explain the characteristics of the Kingdom of God, such as its theocentric, messianic, and dynamic nature. The study highlights that the Kingdom of God is the active rule of God in human history, with two main dimensions: "already present" through Jesus' ministry and "not yet fully realized" until His second coming. This article provides theological and historical insights into the relevance of Jesus' teachings on the Kingdom of God for the life of the church and society today.

Abstract

The ecumenical movement in Indonesia was born as a response to the biblical call to realize the unity of Christians, especially in the context of cultural, ethnic and religious diversity. As a country with high plurality, Indonesia is a fertile and challenging field for this movement. Oikumene, derived from the Greek word oikoumene, means “inhabited world”. In this context, the ecumenical movement aims to unite churches to witness the Gospel together in a complex and diverse world. However, the implementation of this movement is not free from various dynamics and challenges, especially in interfaith relations. One of the main challenges is the differences in theology, tradition and liturgy between churches, which become internal obstacles to realizing complete unity. Churches in Indonesia often face difficulties in reaching agreement on common issues, such as evangelism, social services, and approaches to interfaith dialog. On the other hand, external challenges arise from the dynamics of interfaith relations in Indonesia, which are often characterized by tensions, stereotypes, and even conflicts. Government policies related to religion, such as the regulation of houses of worship, also often put churches in a difficult position, thus affecting their efforts to unite.Nevertheless, the ecumenical movement in Indonesia still plays a significant role in promoting interfaith dialogue. By emphasizing the importance of cooperation on social issues, such as justice, peace and poverty alleviation, the movement is able to serve as a bridge between Christian communities and other religions. The role of organizations such as the Persekutuan Gereja-Gereja di Indonesia (PGI) is very important in realizing constructive dialogue. Through this approach, ecumenism is not only an internal effort of the church to unite, but also a contribution of Christians to interfaith harmony in Indonesia.keywords: The Oikumene Movement in Indonesia and interfaith challenges
