Abstract

This research examines the interaction between Paul's understanding of the Kingdom of God and Batak cultural values, especially in the social and spiritual aspects of Batak society. Paul taught that the Kingdom of God is not just a hope for the future, but a reality that is present in the lives of believers through righteousness, peace and joy. present in the lives of believers through righteousness, peace, and joy by the Holy Spirit. by the Holy Spirit. Abstract

Christian leadership is leadership that needs to be done well based on biblical evidence. A Christian leader cannot be called a Christian leader if he does not live according to his foundation, which is the Bible. One of the things that makes Christian leadership good and authentic is that Christian leaders must lead by being guided by previous leaders as recorded in the Bible. David led the Israelites well in his day because he was an obedient leader and obeyed the God who sent him. The research method used in this article is critical historical interpretation by comparing current forms of Christian leadership, which are often not in line with what Christian leaders should be doing. Therefore, through this article, I hope that leaders can become leaders who are useful to the people and to God. By following this form of David-like leadership, you will be able to produce good leadership and create prosperity among God's people.

Abstract

This article aims to improve the economy of Sipahutar residents by increasing pineapple processing. Pineapple processing can create processed pineapple products such as sweets, jams, dodol, chips, drinks, and health medicines. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in which this method views that the data collected is the key to what is being studied. The results of this article are expected to have a positive impact on the economy of Sipahutar residents and urge residents to take a closer look at pineapple processing as a source of income energy. By referring to Proverbs 10:4 which reads, "Lazy hands make a man poor, but diligent hands make a man rich," we can connect the principle of diligence in processing pineapples with the potential for economic improvement and showcase the development of processed pineapple products and increase the economic income of Sipahutar residents.
