Abstract

This research examines the crucial role of service value and product quality of IndiHome services in influencing customer satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk, Kandatel Kabanjahe. PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk, as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), plays a strategic role in the information and communication technology industry in Indonesia. The company's primary focus is to advance society through a range of products and services, with IndiHome as one of its flagship offerings. This study employs a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the quality of internet connection, myIndiHome application, and customer loyalty program significantly impact customer satisfaction. A fast and stable internet connection provides users with a better experience. The myIndiHome application facilitates easy access and management of services for customers. Meanwhile, the customer loyalty program successfully retains subscriptions. This research concludes that customer satisfaction is not just an end goal, but also the foundation for building strong and mutually beneficial long-term relationships.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the World Halal Industry Trade Case Study Indonesia China 2020-2024. The method in this study uses library research with a narrative method. Primary data sources in this study are data obtained directly from primary sources, namely books and journals on the world halal industry trade. The data collection method used by the author is descriptive. The results of Indonesia's export trade to China in 2020 to 2024 show a positive trend of recovery and growth. China remains one of Indonesia's main trading partners, with an increase in various product sectors. Product diversification strategies and increasing added value are key to strengthening Indonesia's position in the Chinese market in the future.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi dianggap sebagai aspek terpenting dari strategi umum suatu negara atau sistem ekonomi. Karena pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator terpenting dari keresahan masyarakat. Meskipun demikian, kemajuan di bidang ekonomi, sains dan teknologi telah dicapai, dan masih banyak masalah ekonomi lainnya di banyak negara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemungkinan masalah ekonomi yang mempengaruhi komunitas ekonomi Islam. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian akademis yang berkaitan erat dengan tulisan teoritis dan referensi lain yang berkaitan dengan hukum, adat istiadat dan norma yang berlaku dalam situasi sosial yang diteliti. Menurut hasil kajian ini, pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi perhatian umat Islam dalam kaitannya dengan ajaran tradisional ekonomi Islam. Ada bukti bahwa konsep ini didirikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dalam Al-Qur'an, As-Sunnah dan tulisan-tulisan ulama sebelumnya. Kekhasan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi Islam tercermin dari perhatian yang sangat tinggi terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan penguatan fitrah untuk memperkuat harkat dan martabat manusia. Ini tidak hanya mencakup pemenuhan kebutuhan finansial, tetapi juga keinginan dan persiapan kehidupan akhirat.
