Abstract

One of them is learning that must be integrated with existing science and technology so that it becomes a demand for teachers to improve their competence, especially using technology in learning. One type of learning that includes the interaction of teachers, students, and technology is the TPACK (Technology, Pedagogical, Content, Knowledge) learning model. The research aims to determine the design and feasibility of the TPACK integrated learning tool in the Aqidah Akhlak lesson material for Class XII MAN 3 and MA Al-Bairuny students. This research uses a development research method according to the 10 stages of Brog and Gall. This research is limited to 5 stages and does not reach the implementation stage. Data was collected using a validation sheet which was assessed by 5 validators and data analysis was carried out through product feasibility testing. The research results showed that the TPACK integrated learning tools in the form of RPP and LKPD were very suitable for use according to the product validation results of 87%. There needs to be improvements related to adjusting time allocation in learning. Researchers hope that in the future further research can be carried out to see the effectiveness of this learning tool in the classroom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran kebahagiaan konsumen dalam memediasi hubungan antara citra merek dan loyalitas merek, dengan pengaruh kesadaran diri publik sebagai moderasi pada pengguna produk samsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian self-administred survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui skala 1-10. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 260 responden menggunakan purpose sampling. sebagian besar laki-laki (56,9%) dan berusia 17-25 tahun (47,5%). Analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap citra merek, serta kebahagiaan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap citra merek dan loyalitas merek. Kebahagiaan konsumen berfungsi sebagai mediator penting yang memperkuat pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas merek. Kata Kunci: Service Quality, Brand Image, Consumer Happines, Brand Loyalty, Public Self-Conciousness

Abstract

This study aims to explore how organizational culture and interpersonal communication impact employee performance, focusing on the XYZ company in the oil and gas industry. The research adopts an associative approach using quantitative methods. A sample of 66 respondents was conveniently selected from a population of 152 within the company. The participants, current employees of XYZ company, responded to a Likert scale questionnaire ranging from 1 to 5. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Multiple linear regression tests were applied for data analysis, and hypothesis testing was conducted for both partial and simultaneous assessments. Results reveal that organizational culture (X1) has a positive partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance (Y). However, interpersonal communication (X2) does not exhibit a partial or simultaneous impact on employee performance (Y). Notably, both organizational culture (X1) and interpersonal communication (X2) variables positively influence employee performance (Y) when considered both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has made it an essential part of modern life. Among its many applications, the transmission of video data has become increasingly common, but ensuring its confidentiality and integrity remains a major challenge. Video messages, particularly those containing personal or sensitive information, are vulnerable to interception and unauthorized access when transmitted over public networks. To address this issue, cryptographic methods are employed to transform the original video file (plaintext) into an encrypted form (cipher text), which can only be decrypted with the correct key. Previous studies highlight that while RSA offers a relatively simple encryption mechanism, it is often considered insufficient as a standalone approach. Therefore, this study investigates the combined implementation of RSA and ElGamal algorithms to enhance video file security by leveraging the strengths of both techniques. The experimental results demonstrate that the integration of RSA and ElGamal algorithms can successfully encrypt and decrypt video files, ensuring data confidentiality. Encrypted videos cannot be accessed without the appropriate private key, which safeguards sensitive content from unauthorized parties. Furthermore, RSA is found to be simpler to apply, while ElGamal provides stronger security based on the discrete logarithm problem. Overall, the proposed system effectively maintains both the confidentiality and integrity of video files, thereby improving the security of multimedia data transmission.

Abstract

Pubertas atau masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari masa anak-anak ke dewasa. Masa ini ditandai dengan berbagai perubahan yang terjadi baik secara fisik dan psikis. Adakalanya perubahan ini menimbukankan kebingungan bahkan masalah bagi remaja yang bersangkutan. Oleh karena itu, setoap remaja perlu memiliki wawasan dan pengetahuan yang baik dan benar terhadap pubertas agar mereka mampu menyikapi masa ini secara postif. Selain itu, pendidikan pubertas masih menjadi kajian yang tabu untuk dibicarakan di kalangan masyarakat, terutama masyarakat desa. Oleh karena itu, dalam kegiatan penagbdian kepada masyarakat kali ini tim mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi dan Pendidikan puberta bagi peserta didik tingkat sekolah dasar (SD). Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu SDN Dukuhmojo 1, khususnya peserta didik kelas 5 dan kelas 6. SDN Dukuhmojo 1 terletak di desa Dukuhmojo, Kecamatan Mojoagung, Jombang, Jawa Timur. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan mengadopsi metode Service Learning (SL). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendidikan pubertas ini efektif memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan peserta didik kelas 5 dan 6 SDN Dukuhmojo 1 tentang pubertas, 2) kegiatan ini mampu membuat peserta didik mengetahui tindakan yang perlu dilakukan guna menghadapi masa pubertas secara positif. Selain itu, dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendidikan ini membuat peserta didik antusias mengetahui dan mempelajari masa pubertas serta dampak bagi perubahan fisik dan psikis mereka.
