Abstract

Religious character is a character that shows obedient attitudes and behavior in carrying out the teachings of the religion they adhere to. Manifested in the form of the quality and quantity of his relationship with God, fellow human beings and also the environment that has been internalized within himself. This study aims to describe the efforts of PAI teachers in fostering the religious character of students at SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Karawang through mentoring activities. The approach in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were PAI teachers and students. From the research results, the mentoring activities implemented at SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Karawang are very effective as one of the efforts in forming the religious character of students. Because in mentoring, students are taught good etiquette, namely etiquette towards parents, etiquette towards teachers, etiquette towards friends, etiquette towards oneself, etiquette towards the environment, etiquette in dressing, etiquette towards knowledge, etiquette in eating and drinking. The teacher's role in mentoring activities is teaching material and overseeing religious habituation in schools. The obstacles in this mentoring activity are the lack of time intensity, teacher competence and lack of support from students' parents.

Abstract

Many factors can influence student learning success, one of which is theeducational environment at school. A good and comfortable school education environment and conducive to student learning will produce good student output, both in terms of cognitive, psychomotor, and affective (character).This study aims to prove that the Islamic educational environment greatly influences the character of school-age students. In this study the authors took data from 4 parents of students as a sample, who sent their sons to the Integrated Islamic School (SIT) and to the boarding school. This study uses the case study method, by collecting data from interviews with parents who send their sons to SIT and boarding schools. The results of the study show that the influence of the Islamic education environment applied at SIT and boarding schools greatly influences children's character. Children become diligent in praying, more polite, more refined in speaking, more independent, more fluent in reading the Qur'an, and many other good characters. This is in accordance with the ecological theory of Uri Bronfenbrenner, a psychologist from Cornell University in the United States, which states that human development is influenced by the environmental context. This ecological theory is in accordance with the hadith of the Prophet SAW which states that every child is born in a state of fitrah, then both parents will make the child a Jew, Christian or Magi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara empiris pengaruh implementasi aplikasi kehadiran dosen dan sistem pelaporan digital terhadap peningkatan kinerja administrasi dosen di Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang, dalam kerangka transformasi digital tata kelola pendidikan tinggi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode regresi linear berganda, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kedua variabel independen—aplikasi kehadiran (X₁) dan sistem pelaporan digital (X₂)—berkontribusi signifikan secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap variabel dependen, yaitu kinerja administrasi dosen (Y). Instrumen penelitian menunjukkan validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas tinggi (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,8), serta model analisis memenuhi asumsi klasik. Temuan utama memperlihatkan bahwa sistem pelaporan digital memiliki pengaruh yang lebih substansial dibanding aplikasi kehadiran dalam mendorong efisiensi, akurasi, dan akuntabilitas kerja administratif dosen. Hasil ini mengonfirmasi relevansi kerangka teoritik Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) serta model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean, khususnya terkait kualitas sistem, persepsi kegunaan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada penguatan literatur tentang adopsi teknologi di sektor pendidikan tinggi dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan sistem informasi akademik yang terintegrasi, user-centered, dan berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari strategi institusional dalam merespons tuntutan digitalisasi era Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0.
