Abstract

The capital expenditure of Bengkalis Regency fluctuates, this will disrupt the regional development process of Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to look at the effect of GRDP and Balance Fund on Capital Expenditure. The sampling technique used in this study is a census. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Budget Realization Report and the Bengkalis Regency GRDP Report. Multiple Regression Analysis is used to see the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that Gross Domestic Regional Product (GRDP) and Balance Fund partially had no effect on capital expenditure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam rangka untuk membandingkan kinerja keuangan antara bank syariah dan bank konvensional di Indonesia selama periode 2019-2023 dengan menggunakan dua indikator utama, yaitu Return on Assets (ROA) dan Net Interest Margin (NIM). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup laporan keuangan dari bank-bank besar yang terdaftar pada periode tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bank konvensional memiliki kinerja yang lebih konsisten dan efisien dalam menghasilkan keuntungan jika dibandingkan dengan bank syariah. Rata-rata Return on Assets (ROA) pada bank konvensional. selama periode 2019-2023 adalah 2,19%, sedangkan rata-rata ROA bank syariah hanya 0,43%, yang tergolong tidak sehat berdasarkan kriteria penilaian. Selain itu, NIM bank konvensional juga lebih tinggi, mencerminkan efisiensi yang lebih baik dalam pengelolaan dana dan pendapatan bunga. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan ini antara lain adalah model bisnis, regulasi, dan struktur operasional masing-masing bank. Bank syariah menghadapi kendala dalam fleksibilitas produk dan pengelolaan risiko, sementara bank konvensional dapat lebih cepat beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar bank syariah meningkatkan diversifikasi produk, manajemen risiko, dan inovasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka di masa depan.

Abstract

Backgrounds : This research focuses on the home weaving industry, which has an important role in supporting the local economy. The uniqueness and artistic value of woven products is often the main attraction for consumers, but the price factor has now become critical in the developing market dynamics. Objectives : This research aims to investigate the effect of price on demand for woven products in the context of a home industry. Although the industry contributes to cultural preservation and job creation, fluctuations in product demand are a major challenge. This research shows a significant decline in demand for homewoven products in recent years, creating a need for a deeper understanding of the relationship between price and demand. Methods : Using quantitative methods, this research uses sample sales price and sales volume data throughout 2022 to analyze the effect of price on demand. Result and conlusions: The analysis results show that selling price has a significant influence on demand, providing strategic insight for the home weaving industry to increase their competitiveness and economic sustainability.
