Abstract

Metode al-Ma’tsur dalam tafsir al-Qur’an berfokus pada penafsiran ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dengan merujuk pada sumber-sumber yang lebih dahulu, seperti hadits Nabi Muhammad Saw, perkataan sahabat, dan riwayat lainnya yang terkait dengan penjelasan langsung tentang wahyu. Metode ini di anggap sebagai salah satu metode tafsir yang paling otoritatif, karena ia berlandaskan pada apa yang telah diajarkan oleh Nabi dan para sahabat. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis metode al-Ma’tsur dalam tafsir al-Qur’an, serta relevansinya terhadap kehidupan modern, terutama dalam konteks penerapan ajaran Islam di dunia kontemporer. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research), artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana tafsir al-Ma’tsur memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang teks al-Qur’an dan bagaimana ajarannya dapat di aplikasikan di zaman sekarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tafsir al-Ma’tsur sangat bergantung pada teks-teks tradisional, ia tetap memiliki relevansi yang tinggi dalam memberikan pedoman moral, etika, dan hukum bagi umat Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman modern.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City with the aim of testing the significant partial, simultaneous and dominant influence of Service Quality (X1) Customer Value (X2) Service Price (X3) and Customer Satisfaction (Y) and to test which The dominant influence is the variable Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2), Service Price (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. The type of research in this research is quantitative research with a causal approach. The variables used include the influence of service quality (X1), service price (X2), customer value (X3) and consumer satisfaction (Y). The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all consumers who have used goods delivery services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City in February 2024 because the population is so large that the number cannot be known. The sample calculation uses the accidental sampling formula because the population is large, namely consumers who come to PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method uses validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, f test and dominant test with the help of SPSS version 26. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis, it shows that Service Quality, Customer Value, Service Price and Consumer Satisfaction influence the decision to use PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Probolinggo City services.

Abstract

Akuntabilitas dan transparansi merupakan dua pilar utama dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang berintegritas, khususnya bagi Lembaga keuangan syari’ah seperti Bank CIMB Niaga Syari’ah. Peneilitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana prinisp auntabilitas dan transparansi diterapkan dalam pengelolaan keuangan di Bank CIMB Niaga Syari’ah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka yang mencakup analisis kebijakan, praktik operasional,dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Bank CIMB Niaga Syari’ahtelah menerapkan prinsip akuntabilitas melalui laporan keuangan dan aktivitas pembiayaan. Namun penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, termasuk kurangnya pemahaman mendalam terkait prinsip syari’ah, penerapan regulasi dan pengembangan teknologi masih perlu mendapatkan perhtian unruk mrningkatkan efektivitas tata Kelola keuagan syari’ah.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan investasi saham merupakan proses penting yang memerlukan analisis yang cermat untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan. Dua pendekatan utama yang sering digunakan investor adalah analisis teknikal dan analisis fundamental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan peran dan efektivitas kedua metode tersebut dalam membantu investor membuat keputusan investasi yang tepat. Analisis teknikal berfokus pada pergerakan harga saham di masa lalu dan pola grafik untuk memprediksi arah pergerakan harga selanjutnya, sedangkan analisis fundamental menilai nilai intrinsik saham berdasarkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan, kondisi industri, dan faktor ekonomi makro. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan analisis deskriptif terhadap data historis pasar saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kombinasi analisis teknikal dan fundamental dapat meningkatkan akurasi dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, karena kedua pendekatan tersebut saling melengkapi. Dengan memahami kekuatan dan keterbatasan masing-masing metode, investor dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih rasional dan strategis dalam pasar saham yang dinamis.

Abstract

Backgrounds : This research focuses on the home weaving industry, which has an important role in supporting the local economy. The uniqueness and artistic value of woven products is often the main attraction for consumers, but the price factor has now become critical in the developing market dynamics. Objectives : This research aims to investigate the effect of price on demand for woven products in the context of a home industry. Although the industry contributes to cultural preservation and job creation, fluctuations in product demand are a major challenge. This research shows a significant decline in demand for homewoven products in recent years, creating a need for a deeper understanding of the relationship between price and demand. Methods : Using quantitative methods, this research uses sample sales price and sales volume data throughout 2022 to analyze the effect of price on demand. Result and conlusions: The analysis results show that selling price has a significant influence on demand, providing strategic insight for the home weaving industry to increase their competitiveness and economic sustainability.

Abstract

In this manuscript, our research purpose was to describe how high school students solved geometry problems in terms of Adversity Quotient (AQ). This research was qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were five students in grade 12 science divided into one climber student, one camper-climber student, two camper students, and one quitter-camper student. In this research, we used some instruments, namely the ARP questionnaire, problem-solving test questions, and interview guidelines. The qualitative data were analyzed by using the principles or steps of the Polya method in solving problems. The results showed that the climber and camper-climber students could understand the problem, make plans, carry out plans, and check back in solving the geometry problems. However, the camper-climber student in re-checking answers had not been equipped with other strategies or methods. The camper student could understand the problem, make plans, and carry out plans in solving the problems. It was just that the camper student making plans was not more complex than the plans made by the climber student. Meanwhile, the quitter-camper student could only understand the problem. Therefore, AQ categories of students could be used as one of the teacher considerations in forming groups when learning mathematics in class, especially in trying students' problem-solving skills.

Abstract

This study is intended to examine the poems of Mahmoud Darwish through a stylistic approach in order to reveal the relationship between language, culture, and identity within the context of the Palestinian nation’s non-violent struggle. Mahmoud Darwish, as the national poet of Palestine, uses language not merely as an aesthetic medium but also as a symbol of cultural resistance and as an expression of the people’s collective identity. This research is a qualitative study employing library research methods, analyzing stylistic elements and the complexity of linguistic symbols that represent culture in poems integrating aesthetics and politics. It contributes to understanding the use of language style as a medium of cultural resistance and as a reflection of Palestinian identity, expanding the comprehension of the interconnection among language, culture, and struggle within the framework of literature. The findings show that Mahmoud Darwish’s poems are rich in metaphorical, symbolic, and repetitive language styles that reinforce messages of alienation, longing for the homeland, and broader depictions of resistance against colonization. The analysis indicates that the use of language in Darwish’s poetry functions strategically as a tool of non-violent resistance that fosters collective awareness and strengthens Palestinian national identity amid social and political pressures. Thus, Mahmoud Darwish’s poetry possesses not only literary aesthetic value but also serves as an effective instrument of cultural resistance.
