Abstract

Banyak Kebocoran gas LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) dapat menyebabkan bahaya serius seperti kebakaran dan ledakan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memiliki alat pendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG yang andal dan efektif. Sensor MQ6 adalah salah satu sensor gas yang banyak digunakan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan gas LPG. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research & Development. Produk yang dibuat dalam penelitian ini adalah alat pendeteksi gas LPG berbasis mikrokontroler menggunakan sensor MQ-6, Wemos D1 R32, LCD, saklar, buzzer, dan bot telegram. Sensor MQ6 perlu dihubungkan dengan Wemos D1 R32. Alat pendeteksi akan terintegrasi dengan platform Telegram. Mikrokontroler akan mengirimkan notifikasi ke pengguna melalui Telegram jika terdeteksi kebocoran gas LPG yang melebihi ambang batas yang ditentukan.

Abstract

Temperature fluctuations can cause chicks to experience stress, decreased growth rates, and increased vulnerability to diseases. Manual monitoring and adjustment of temperature in chicken coops require significant manpower and are prone to human errors. Therefore, an automated temperature monitoring process is needed to enhance farming efficiency. This research method utilizes Research & Development. The automatic chicken coop temperature controller utilizes the DHT22 sensor, Wemos D1 R32, LCD, relay, buzzer, LED, incandescent light bulb, DC fan, and Telegram bot. The DHT22 is used as the temperature sensor, while the Wemos D1 R32 acts as the microcontroller. If the temperature exceeds or falls below the predefined limits, the relay connected to the fan or light bulb will turn on or off accordingly, and the results will be sent via Telegram. Based on the test results, the product has an error rate of 4.12%.

Abstract

The problem faced in learning at the Piksi Ganesha Indonesia Polytechnic, especially in engineering courses related to electricity on competency standards for installing simple electrical installations, is that there is no teaching media at the Piksi Ganesha Indonesia Polytechnic itself, especially in the Electronics Engineering Study Program. This learning media uses components: MCB, single switch, series switch, hotel switch, light fittings, lamps, cables and other supporting components. This learning media has been tested in electrical installation class classes. The results of testing the scores of all respondents obtained 63.3% to 83.3% in the category "Very Satisfied". Based on these test results, this learning media is effective as a learning medium at the Piksi Ganesha Indonesia Polytechnic.

Abstract

Motorcycle is a means of transportation that is widely used in Indonesia because it is very efficient in its use. However, motorcycle crimes do not happen very often. Therefore, in this final project, a motor vehicle system with an Arduino-based GPS Tracker is designed. The aim is to detect the presence of the motorcycle through the GPS system and to determine the accuracy of the position indicated by the GPS Tracker. The design method uses Arduino Uno, GSM module, GPS module, Smartphone and sim card. In the initial conditions, the activated gps system is activated first, the GPS will send the coordinates to the Arduino. Then it will be sent via cellular network via SMS to a number that is already connected to the system, then the position of the motorcycle will be monitored using GPS.The final design results show that the position of motorized vehicles can be monitored via a smartphone using a GSM network. The results of testing the time of sending short messages that are delayed are for 9 to 12 seconds.

Abstract

Most of the workspace door locks use a manual locking system so that it lacks security. The safety of the master control room is a priority, because in the room there are important tools and documents.Based on these problems, the authors made a door lock unlock design using Atmega328-based RFID. This research method is: R & D. design and construction of door unlock using Atmega 328 based RFID. E-ID card attached to the door serves as an input to open the lock. This product is expected to increase safety when using the workspace.

Abstract

Currently, the cleaning or cleaning schedule for greasetrap is done manually so that human errors can occur such as forgetfulness which can affect the final outcome of waste disposal. The purpose of this tool is to make it easier for the crew in scheduling greasetrap cleaning so as to minimize the occurrence of human errors. Based on the description above, the researchers made an automatic grease trap cleaning reminder alarm with a turbidity sensor based on the Atmega 328 microcontroller. The method of making this product uses Research and Development. The R&D stages include: collecting data, creating product designs, building products, and testing products. This greasetrap cleaning alarm can be utilized as an automatic control system. The components of this tool include: turbidity sensor, ATmega 328 microcontroller, servo motor, LED, buzzer. The way this tool works with the turbidity sensor as a detection sensor for objects then the ATmega 328 microcontroller is used as a processing tool for this reminder alarm system, the output of this system is a servo motor as a greasetrap filter puller, LED and buzzer as notification.
