Abstract

Gunung Agung Village faces challenges in managing human resources, especially regarding knowledge and skills in digital production and marketing. The people in Gunung Agung Village still do not make maximum use of existing commodities, especially cassava. This ignorance can be seen from the fact that many residents still directly sell their cassava harvests to factories. The cassava commodity can actually be used to make various processed products. However, there is a lack of knowledge in the community, especially in Gunung Agung Village, in utilizing cassava commodities, so that cassava commodities are only harvested and then sold to factories. Through one of the Real Work Lecture activities, an approach was made to the community by making a presentation regarding the production of Dried Cassava Noodles with digital marketing strategies. The results of this activity show an increase in knowledge and skills of human resources in Gunung Agung Village in the production of processed cassava products, as well as marketing via digital platforms. This activity also has the potential to improve people's standard of living and strengthen the competitiveness of local processed products.

Abstract

The decline in firefly populations in Indonesia, including in Jladri Village, is caused by factors such as habitat changes, light pollution, and land conversion. Fireflies play an important role in the ecosystem as bioindicators of environmental quality and natural pollinators. Therefore, conservation efforts are needed that involve the community as the main actor in preserving this species. This community service aims to build a firefly breeding center in Jladri Village as part of community-based conservation efforts. The community service will include the establishment of a firefly breeding center by creating and maintaining a natural habitat that supports the survival of fireflies, as well as training the community on environmental management and reducing light pollution. By involving the community in every stage of the activity, it is hoped that they can have a high sense of ownership of firefly conservation

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model to improve critical thinking in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP Negeri 1 Bantarsari. The focus of this research is on the planning and implementation of the PBL model to improve students' critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe in depth how the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model can contribute to improving students' critical thinking skills in the context of PAI learning. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach and is presented descriptively. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. This research was conducted directly in the school environment so as to produce actual and contextual empirical data. The results of the study show that teachers have designed learning well through the preparation of teaching modules as guidelines. The implementation of learning is carried out in three main stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. At the implementation stage, the PBL model is applied through five steps: (1) orientation to the problem, (2) organizing students to learn, (3) individual and group investigations, (4) presentation of discussion results, and (5) reflection on learning outcomes. Evaluation is carried out on an ongoing basis both during the learning process and at the end of the activity. The application of this Problem Based Learning model has proven to be effective in increasing students' critical thinking. Students show improved ability to analyze, evaluate, and solve problems relevant to PAI material. In addition, students also become more active, independent, and used to expressing opinions in group discussions. Interaction between students increases positively, creating a collaborative and participatory learning environment. This indicates that the use of the PBL model can be the right strategy in developing students' critical thinking skills at the junior secondary education level.

Abstract

Learning Indonesian is essentially about teaching students good and correct Indonesian language skills according to its purpose and function. Indonesian language education is one of the important aspects that needs to be taught to students at school. It is not surprising that this subject is given since elementary school, from there students are expected to be able to master, understand and implement language skills. Such as reading, listening, writing and speaking. For this reason, teachers as the spearhead who direct students in achieving educational goals are expected to be able to use innovative media and learning models in Indonesian language learning in the modern era which requires something new, this is because teaching a lesson in a Schools specifically vary depending on the materials, media and methods used. This research aims to describe the problems of Indonesian language education, especially studying how students learn language in Indonesian language learning. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Primary data was obtained through interview studies of teachers and student guardians.
