Abstract

Stunting berdampak pada generasi selanjutnya karena berkontribusi dalam peningkatan beban gizi ganda terhadap penyakit kronis di masa depan dan produktivitas suatu negara. Program HOPES (Holistic Program to Eradicate Stunting) diinisiasi sebagai program pemberantasan stunting yang bergerak secara komprehensif serta memfokuskan upaya dari aspek gizi yaitu konsumsi ASI dan MP-ASI yang tepat waktu, adekuat, aman dan aspek lingkungan yang meliputi hygiene dan sanitasi. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu baduta di RW 04 Kelurahan Tengah tentang pencegahan stunting dari aspek gizi dan lingkungan. Hasil studi menunjukkan p value sebesar 0,185 dan nilai Z dalam uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank sebesar -1.325 yang menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok pretest dan posttest. Diharapkan adanya penyuluhan secara rutin untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan warga terkait stunting. Di samping itu, program pencegahan stunting yang terintegrasi perlu dilakukan dengan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan pangan lokal untuk MP-ASI serta upaya hygiene dan sanitasi untuk penurunan prevalensi stunting.

Abstract

The waste problem in Indonesia is exacerbated by people's awareness and their actions regarding healthy lifestyles and a clean, waste-free environment. Many people do not realize the importance of waste processing, but there are also many people who understand the importance of waste processing but do not carry out this behavior. The researcher's aim is to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and availability of facilities and infrastructure on waste sorting behavior among traders at Pasar Agung, Depok City in 2023. Quantitative research method with a cross-sectional research design. The population in this research is all traders at Pasar Agung Depok City. The sampling technique was carried out using probability sampling and 78 samples were obtained. The data used is primary data distributed through a questionnaire. The research results show a p value of 0.027 (p > 0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge and waste sorting behavior, there is a relationship between attitude and waste sorting behavior, p value 0.020 (p > 0.05), conclusion : and there is a relationship between the availability of facilities and infrastructure and behavior. waste sorting p value 0.046 (p > 0.05). Suggestions from researchers hope that traders can separate waste according to type (organic and non-organic). And it is also hoped that traders can choose packaging that is used for the long term rather than single-use packaging. Traders can also choose more environmentally friendly materials, think and reconsider before purchasing an item.

Abstract

Introduction: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is caused by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. The presence of Aedes aegypti larvae is an indicator of the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in the area Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Knowledge, Attitudes and Characteristics of Mosquito Breeding Sites and the Presence of Aedes Aegypti Larvae in Depok City in 2023 Method: This study used a quantitative research type with a cross-sectional design totaling 100 respondents in people living in Depok city. Accidental sampling technique. The data used are primary data through questionnaires and observations and secondary data derived from books and literature. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately with the Chi-Square Test Result: The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.044), attitude (p-value = 0.000), location (p-value = 0.000), color (p-value = 0.000) and the availability of container lid (p-value = 0.000) in the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae. However, there is no relationship between the container material and the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae with a p-value of 0.225 Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.044), attitude (p-value = 0.000), location (p-value = 0.000), color (p-value = 0.000) and the availability of container lid (p-value = 0.000) in the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae. However, there is no relationship between the container material and the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae with a p-value of 0.225
