Abstract

The Sufism value approach emphasizes the importance of honesty, integrity, responsibility and cooperation in business. These values ??teach that everyone is responsible for their actions and respects the interests of others. In this case, Sufism values ??can help prevent fraud by encouraging people to behave honestly and responsibly in all situations. In fraud prevention, Sufism values ??can be implemented in various ways. For example, a company can develop a code of ethics based on Islamic moral principles and teach it to its employees. Companies can also implement training programs emphasizing honesty, integrity and responsibility in business. In addition, the value approach of Sufism can help build better relationships between companies and clients because these values ??encourage companies to act fairly and responsibly towards the interests of their clients. This can help prevent fraud committed by parties in a business relationship. In conclusion, the tasawuf value approach can effectively prevent fraud in the business and financial world. By implementing Islamic moral and ethical values, companies can build a work culture of integrity, honesty and responsibility and improve client relationships.

Abstract

Learning media is very influential in the teaching and learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in computer subjects. However, there are still many who have knowledge of existing technology, especially in the use of the Google Meet application in learning media, and to make it easier for teachers to carry out computer learning, it is necessary to use the Google Meet application. The purpose of the study was to determine the benefits of the Google Meet application media on computer learning in high school. This research method uses Quantitative methods with survey models. The survey conducted in this study was online-based using the Google Form Platform. The results of this study explain that learning media using the Google Meet application can be used by teachers and students in helping and improving the teaching and learning process of students in computer courses, especially in high school. The conclusion of this study illustrates that the use of the Google Meet Application is very helpful for teachers and students in the atmosphere of the COVID-19 pandemic. The limitation of this study is that researchers only conducted research on the utilization of the Google Meet Application in Computer subjects, researchers hope that future researchers can conduct the same research but develop it in other subjects.

Abstract

The running of the tahfidz program in schools is the authority of the school principal in realizing the sustainability of the program by school goals. This is also the management of the principal to teachers in teaching tahfidz. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of the pesantren leadership towards teachers in teaching tahfidz at SDIT Masjid Raya Darat Batu. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were school principals and tahfidz teachers at SDIT Masjid Raya Darat Batu. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews in the form of conducting face-to-face interviews with school principals and tahfidz teachers who view the phenomenon under study. The results of the study explained that the SDIT of the Masjid Raya Darat Batu, the head of the school formed a religious position and appointed a special tahfidz teacher to educate students at school. The tahfidz program at school can run well, it is inseparable from how the principal's management and the teacher's strategy in teaching tahfidz in class.

Abstract

This study aims to train students' Arabic conversation skills at the elementary school level. The conversation skills of students at the elementary school level are very low, so students at the elementary level are awkward to communicate using Arabic. With Arabic-based conversational learning aimed at encouraging, guiding, developing and fostering abilities and cultivating a positive attitude towards Arabic conversation skills, both receptively and productively, students at the elementary school level can learn Arabic conversation skills. So that these students can communicate using Arabic conversation through the study. The method used by the researcher in conducting this research was a survey method and in-depth interviews, in which at this stage the researcher conducted interviews with elementary level students by asking questions to these students, so that with these answers the researcher could collect data from students at the elementary level. the basis. The researcher hopes that with this research on Arabic conversation skills study, students can add knowledge and insight about the Arabic conversation skills. Therefore, in order to increase the insight and knowledge of elementary level students about the study of conversational Arabic skills, researchers can conduct research related to the study of conversational skills of Arabic students at the elementary school level.
