Abstract

Cilegon Mandiri Regional Water Company is a regional government-owned enterprise responsible for providing water supply services to the community, managing water resources, producing clean water, and distributing it to the public. In ensuring the availability of clean water services, PDAM Cilegon Mandiri faces challenges in sustainable water resource management. The objective of this research is to develop a dynamic system model related to the availability of clean water in the Cilegon Mandiri Regional Water Company. The method used in this research is a qualitative-based dynamic system, which is a method used to form the structure, predict behavior, and provide feedback in a system. In modeling a system, dynamic systems require tools to illustrate the interdependencies among system elements, manifested in the form of a Causal Loop Diagram (CLD). The research results identify 14 variables that significantly influence the availability of clean water in PDAM Cilegon Mandiri. There is one reinforcing feedback loop as positive feedback that creates a growth pattern, and two balancing loops as positive feedback related to the improvement of water availability in PDAM Cilegon Mandiri. Although the Causal Loop Diagram approach has helped identify aspects in the clean water availability system, it is recommended to continue with a real simulation model to address real issues in the dynamic system of water availability in PDAM Cilegon Mandiri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the level of crowding in service in restaurants in Cilegon City and to propose improvements to the queue system based on the appropriate queue model for the restaurant. The method used is the Discrete Event Simulation (DES) method. The simulation approach allows for an in-depth and direct analysis of the system over a period of time, providing a realistic picture of the situation on the ground.  The data used in this study is primary data, including customer arrival time data and service time (server) data measured using a stopwatch. The results of the study showed that there was a queue with an average of 10 people and a server busyness rate  of 99.32%. This high level of busyness can result in a decrease in customer satisfaction due to long waiting times. Based on the results of the two scenarios tested, namely scenario one with the addition of 1 server and scenario two with the addition of 2 servers, the first scenario involving the addition of one server/cashier was chosen because it succeeded in reducing the number of customers with a busy level of 70.68%. Abstract

Dengan menggunakan algoritma Apriori, penelitian ini mencoba menemukan pola penjualan produk di kantin kampus. Algoritma ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menemukan hubungan antar produk berdasarkan aturan tertentu yang dihasilkan dari data transaksi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari 200 transaksi penjualan yang terjadi selama satu minggu, yang mencakup berbagai jenis makanan dan minuman. Analisis dimulai dengan membuat satu set itemset dan kemudian menggabungkan itemset hingga menemukan aturan asosiasi yang memenuhi nilai minimum dukungan dan kepercayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga aturan asosiasi yang memenuhi kriteria dukungan minimal 30% dan keyakinan minimal 80%. Beberapa aturan yang dihasilkan antara lain: jika Anda membeli nasi bakar, kemungkinan besar Anda akan membeli usus bakar dengan keyakinan 82%, dan jika Anda membeli nasi bakar, kemungkinan besar Anda akan membeli bakso bakar dengan keyakinan 81%. Aturan lainnya adalah jika Anda membeli usus bakar, kemungkinan besar Anda akan membeli bakso bakar dengan tingkat kepercayaan 87%. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi kantin kampus dalam pengelolaan stok dan tata letak produk, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dan memaksimalkan keuntungan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Apriori dapat digunakan dengan baik untuk menganalisis pola penjualan dan membantu bisnis membuat keputusan berbasis data.
