Abstract

The use of multiple choice questions in exams remains a common choice in education for various reasons, such as ease of assessment, perceived objectivity, and the ability to provide rapid feedback especially in large classes. Research shows that the use of multiple choice questions can strengthen retention of information, especially involving alternative wrong answers, as well as measure students' basic understanding in various subjects. However, to create quality multiple choice questions, an in-depth evaluation of the question elements is required, including item analysis to ensure the validity, reliability and fairness of the assessment. The results of this research using quantitative descriptive methods show that most of the questions can be improved, while a small number need to be rejected. The research conclusions suggest that rejected items should not be reused, while items that need to be corrected should be improved to improve the overall quality of the exam. Thus, analyzing the quality of multiple choice questions is crucial for increasing the effectiveness of assessment, especially in higher education contexts such as nursing and medical education.

Abstract

This research explores the essentiality of software requirements engineering in cycles software development. The focus lies on three main techniques, namely Functional Requirement, Non-Functional Requirement, Viewpoint Orientation Requirement Definition (VORD), and analysis through USECASE (Use Case Diagram and Use Case Scenario). Through a review systematic literature, ten relevant articles have been comprehensively reviewed in order to understand these techniques. The research results show that functional and non-functional needs have a role central to software development. Functional requirements describe what is should be carried out by the system, while non-functional requirements include aspects such as performance and security aspects. The VORD approach is proven to be efficient in understanding various angles views involved in system requirements, through the steps of identification, structure, documentation, and system point of view mapping. Besides that, the USECASE method helps describe user interactions with the internal system real-world situations, providing deep insight into user needs. This research make significant contributions to understanding the nature of software requirements engineering, and provide an important foundation for future research and practice

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance and health level of Bank BRI for 2019-2023. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to secondary data through annual financial report publications. The data analysis method uses the variables Quick Ratio, Return on Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover to represent the financial ratios used: liquidity, profitability, solvency, and activity. The risk profile, good corporate governance, earning, and capital (RGEC) method is used to assess the health level of the bank, referring to SE BI No. 13/24/DNPN/2011. The results of the study concluded that in 2019-2023 Bank BRI obtained a Quick Ratio of 17.62%, ROE of 14.29%, DAR of 83.97% and TAT of 0.077x while the assessment of Bank BRI’s health level in 2019 obtained a value of 86.66%, in 2020 it obtained a value of 83.33%, in 2021 it obtained a value of 90.00%, in 2022 it obtained a value of 90.00%. In 2023, it obtained a value of 90.00%. Bank BRI’s financial performance based on the liquidity ratio is improving, the profitability ratio is improving, the solvency ratio is not good, and the activity ratio is not good. At the same time, the health level of Bank BRI during the 2019-2023 period was ranked Composite 1 with the predicate Very Healthy. Sedangkan metode Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital (RGEC) digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan bank mengacu pada SE BI No. 13/24/DNPN/2011. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pada tahun 2019-2023 Bank BRI memperoleh Quick Ratio sebesar 17,62%, ROE sebesar 14,29%, DAR sebesar 83,97% dan TAT sebesar 0,077x sedangkan penilaian tingkat kesehatan Bank BRI tahun 2019 memperoleh nilai 86,66%, tahun 2020 memperoleh nilai 83,33%, tahun 2021 memperoleh nilai 90,00%, tahun 2022 memperoleh nilai 90,00% dan tahun 2023 memperoleh nilai 90,00%.
