Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a development target in the national education sector and is an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of Indonesian people as a whole. One of the government's solutions to improving the quality of education is to create a financing management policy. This research aims to describe the relationship between financing management policies and quality improvement in Madrasas at MTsN 1 and MTsN 3 Garut. The approach used in this research is quantitative, descriptive method of correlational analysis. Data collection in this research was obtained through a questionnaire with Likert scale data measurements. The respondents of this research were 33 teaching and education staff at MTsN 1 and MTsN 3 Garut. Based on the research results, it shows the relationship between financing management policies and improving the quality of madrasas based on a correlation test, there is a significant correlation between the financing management policy variable (X) and the variable improving the quality of madrasas (Y), this is due to the significance value of Sig. (2- tailed) 0.01 < 0.05. Based on rcount (Peiarson correlation) it is known that the relationship between the two variables is 0.432 > rtabeil 0.344, Peiarson correlation has a positive value, so the correlation between variables is positive with the criteria for a relationship that is large enough or strong enough. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination are equal to 0.386, which means that the contribution of financing management policy (X) to the variable of increasing the quality of madrasas (Y) is equal to 38.6%. Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

Di era modern saat ini Pendidikan disekolah sekolah merupakan satu komponen yang sangat penting, harus terencana, terarah dan dapat membina potensi siswa dalam menguasai ilmu pengetahuan. Untuk dapat mewujudkan itu semua dibutuhkannya tenaga pendidik yang profesional terampil dan memiliki kualifikasi dan kompetensi, ditandai dengan diberikannya sertifikat sebagai tanda bahwa pendidik telah memenuhi persyaratan dan lulus uji kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Sertifikasi Pendidik dan Profesionalisme Tenaga Pendidik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Se-Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Hubungan antara Sertifikasi Pendidik dan Profesionalisme Tenaga Pendidik di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Se-Kota Bandung memperoleh nilai yaitu 0,75 artinya bahwa variabel x dengan variabel y memiliki korelasi dengan derajat hubungan pada tingkat kekuatan yang “Kuat” karena berada pada kategori 0,61 s/d 0,80 dan bentuk hubungannya positif. Dikatakan positif karena semakin tinggi tingkat Sertifikasi Pendidik makan semakin tinggi juga Profesionalisme Tenaga Pendidik. Kemudian R Square (R2) atau nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,330 ini menunjukan persentase hubungan variabel (X) Sertifikasi Pendidik dengan variabel (Y) Profesionalisme Tenaga Pendidik 33%. Hal ini menunjukan hubungan yang diberikan variabel Sertifikasi Pendidik Cukup Tinggi, sedangkan sisanya 67% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

This research examines the educational marketing strategy implemented by MTsN 36 Jakarta in an effort to increase the interest of new students. Utilizing observation and interviews, this study explores various aspects of the marketing strategy applied, including educational promotion, academic and extracurricular programs, student achievements, education costs, facilities, and educational services. The research findings indicate that MTsN 36 Jakarta implements a comprehensive promotion strategy through the utilization of digital media and direct promotional activities. The school offers diverse and high-quality academic and extracurricular programs, supported by excellent student achievements. A key advantage of the school lies in its free education costs for students, while still providing adequate facilities and services. The implemented marketing strategy has proven effective in attracting prospective new students by offering optimal value and benefits for students and parents in obtaining quality education. This research also analyzes MTsN 36 Jakarta's strategy within the context of the 7P service marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence), demonstrating how these elements synergistically support the school's marketing objectives.

Abstract

The shift in Indonesia’s national curriculum demands a stronger emphasis on character education aligned with the values of the Pancasila Student Profile. The Independent Curriculum, initiated by Nadiem Makarim, offers flexibility and student-centered learning, aiming to nurture students’ potential and interests while fostering character development. This study aims to: (1) Identify the implementation of Independent Curriculum management in SMAIT schools across Cicalengka District; (2) Describe the formation of Pancasila Student Profile character traits among students; and (3) Analyze the influence of curriculum management on character development. A quantitative approach with an ex post facto method was employed. The sample consisted of 30 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25, including validity and reliability testing, simple linear regression, and t-test. The findings show: (1) Independent Curriculum management is categorized as high, with an average score of 3.42; (2) Character formation of students aligns with Pancasila values, also in the high category with an average score of 3.45; and (3) Curriculum management has a significant influence of 41% on character development, with a t-value of 4.408 > t-table 1.65 and significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. It is concluded that the management of the Independent Curriculum has a positive and significant effect on the formation of students' Pancasila-based character traits.
