Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Class VI thematic learning outcomes before using 3-dimensional media based on the discussion method, 2) Class VI thematic learning outcomes after using 3-dimensional media based on the discussion method, 3) How influential is the use of 3-dimensional media based on the discussion method on student learning outcomes in thematic learning in class VI. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data collection methods used in this study are tests and observations. To test the hypothesis using the paired sample t-test. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results of the descriptive analysis of the learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri 17 Barru District before using 3-dimensional media based on the discussion method average grades obtained by students were 58.76, with a maximum score of 67 and a minimum of 52. Learning outcomes for class VI students at SD Negeri 17 Barru District after using 3-dimensional media based on the discussion method the average score obtained by students was 78.84, with a maximum score of 88 and a minimum of 73. Based on the results of the analysis above, it was hypothesized that the use of 3-dimensional media based on the discussion method had an effect on student learning outcomes in thematic learning in class VI of SD Negeri 17 Kab. Barru.

Abstract

This research aims to describe teachers' skills in carrying out authentic assessments at MI Perguruan Islam Ganra, Soppeng district. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires conducted at MI Perguruan Islam Ganra. The population in this study were all 6 MI Perguruan Islam class teachers. Meanwhile, the sample in this study consisted of 6 people using the saturated sampling method. The instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this research indicate that teachers' skills in analyzing the quality of assessment and determining reference criteria still require special attention and need to be improved, this is due to the many components that must be considered simultaneously in authentic assessment and the obstacles in implementing authentic assessments are that teachers have difficulty in describing assessment results, there are many components that must be considered in implementing assessments, teachers' grade recaps are still done manually, and teachers still experience problems in calculating final grades. This shows that the obstacles in implementing authentic assessment still need to be considered.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To describe the ability to recognize letters before the application of alphabet pocket media to group B children at Terang state kindergarten west manggarai regency Flores; 2) To describe the ability to recognize letters after the application of alphabet pocket media to group B children at Terang state kindergarten west manggarai regency Flores; 3) To describe the effect of using alphabet pocket media on the ability to recognize letters in group B children at Terang state kindergarten west manggarai regency Flores. This research is a quantitativeresearch with a pre-experimental design approach with the type of design “One Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Designs”, The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples obtained was 12 children. The research instrument used was a guideline for observing the ability to recognize letters. Data analysis used in this study was a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis technique. The results of the study showed that: a) The use of alphabet pocket media before carrying out treatment, the average value of children’s ability to recognize letters obtaided was 11.08; b) The use of alphabet pocket media has proven effective in omproving the ability to recognize letters in children in group B. This can be seen after carrying out treatment 5 times, the average value is 18.41; c) Based on the results of the study, there is an effect of the use of alphabet pocket media on the ability to recognize letters in children in group B at TK Negeri Terang, west manggarai regency Flores.

Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1). Bagaimana Manajemen Kesiswaan yang ada di Mts Al-Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng?2). Bagaimana Prestasi Belajar yang ada di MTs Al-Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng? 3). Apakah ada pengaruh antara manajemen kesiswaan dengan prestasi belajar yang ada di MTs Al-Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng?Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen kesiswaan kelas IX di MTs Al-Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng. 2) Mendeskripsikan prestasi belajar kelas IX di MTs Al-Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng. 3) Untuk menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan manajemen kesiswaan terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa kelas IX di MTs Al-Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen kesiswaan terhadap prestasi belajar. Menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Populasi dan sampel meliputi siswa kelas IX yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS statistic 26.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) manajemen kesiswaan kelas IX di MTs Al- Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar (53,33%). 2) Prestasi belajar kelas IX di MTs Al-Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebanyak (46,67%). 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara manajemen kesiswaan dengan prestasi belajar kelas IX di MTs Al- Murahamah Banyorang Bantaeng dengan hasil yang diperoleh nilai sig X sebesar 0,019 kurang dari 0,05. Diperoleh juga nilai t hitung sebesar 2,689 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,048, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen kesiswaan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Family disharmony or broken home conditions  are a serious challenge to the emotional development and psychosocial resilience of students in the elementary school environment. This study aims to find out the school program and the form of psychological support provided to students who come from disharmonious families. Qualitative approach with case study design. Data collected through interviews with 5 informants (principals, homeroom teachers, Islamic religious education teachers, school committees and students), observation and documentation. Data analysis through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Data analysis using Nvivo 12 Pro. The credibility of the data is ensured through the source triangulation technique. The results of the research show that the development of students at SD Inpres Bontobuddung is carried out through the role of teachers as functional counselors, the application of a humanist approach based on parental figures, strengthening character through spiritual activities, and partnerships with parents through the RUKOKU program to support student development holistically.

Abstract

Implementation of Changes in Online Student Learning Media During Pandemic The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of life, one of which is Education, Transformation and Acceleration of Education which is a major challenge Government and educational institutions must also face changes in the learning media used by online-based students During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all schools and universities in Indonesia applies online or online learning.The media used by students are Lentera, google meet, whatsapp, Zoom Meeting, youtube, and others. This research is a literature study and qualitative method conducted by interview method, learning outcomes have a positive impact on online learning, based on the conclusions of our research using the interview method, many are of the opinion this online learning can minimized and reduced the spread of covid 19 because this learning is mostly done at home, then the negative impact of lack understanding of the material presented by the lecture, and feelings that online learning is less effective because it does not understand the material and there are obstacles in terms of unstable internet connections and limited quotas. use of teaching media and platforms Education may be alternative solution in learning, for the sake of continuity of learning in each education unit.

Abstract

A leader is someone who carries out duties and responsibilities, has unique traits, habits, character, personality and characteristics that distinguish him from others and is able to direct, influence someone through attitudes and actions in solving problems in the surrounding environment. Leadership is the ability of a leader to control, lead, influence the thoughts, feelings or behavior of others to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine students' understanding of leadership and how to build the mental character of a leader, using a quantitative descriptive approach research method. While the data analysis technique used is the interval range analysis technique, while the results of research in this journal are the meaning of leadership, the urgency of leadership and shaping the character of a leader from the three indicators after going through a recategorization test, all of which are included in the medium category. implanted early on in every student, students can understand the meaning and urgency of leadership, the formation of a leader's character starting from education, organization and and from family education.

Abstract

The increase in teacher professionalism is marked by an increase in the competencies that must be owned by teachers, namely pedagogic competencies related to managing students, social competencies related to communication skills and professional competencies related to the ability to master knowledge and improve the quality of learning while studying. The practice of prayer is a skill that must be cultivated by the teacher. Teachers teaching junior high school students need to be creative in their approach to teaching, engage and motivate their students. Make practice with clear details. If you have material about prayer with clear pictures and interesting details, students are always happy when the teacher takes the time to explain how to pray in great detail. Knowing the proper prayer procedures, a teacher must have a deep understanding and be skilled in using various techniques and have a good stage performance which usually displays magical elements and is intended for the benefit of the student himself. This is then passed down from generation to generation. They usually have magical or supernatural elements and often teach Islamic religious teachings.
