Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan program perangkat lunak yang digunakan perusahaan untuk integrasi dan koordinasi informasi dari suatu bisnis atau dapat diperjelas sebagai perangkat yang menghubungkan setiap bagian bisnis dalam perusahaan. Penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada suatu perusahaan diharapkan dapat mewujudkan efisiensi dan menciptakan efektivitas dalam sebuah perusahaan, selain itu penerapan ERP juga diharapkan dapat menciptakan kolaborasi, keamanan data, serta prediksi bisnis yang akurat. Jurnal ini akan berisikan tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada suatu perusahaan pada unit satuan bisnis seperti Supply chain management, Human Resource, Accounting, Finance, dan Sales/ Marketing.

Abstract

This research starts from the phenomenon that can be seen from the implementation shown by students, namely students who are still negligent in preparing for prayer, carrying out congregational prayers. This research aims to find out how high the level of prayer implementation of guidance and counseling students is. The research method that the author carried out was a quantitative method with a descriptive type. The population in this study was 101 students of guidance and counseling at UIN Sjech M.Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi class of 2021. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The data collection technique uses religious behavior instruments. Based on the results of this research, the author can conclude that the implementation of prayers for guidance and counseling students is as follows: 101 students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Department of Guidance and Counseling class 2021 class A, B, C as many as 101 students performed prayers quite well, this can be seen from the data collection during research shows that overall student prayer implementation is still in the Medium category, and some are in the High and Very High categories. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the better the student prayer implementation, the higher the student prayer implementation. Likewise, vice versa, the worse the performance of student prayers, the lower the performance of student prayers.

Abstract

This research aims: 1) To describe the ability to recognize letters before the application of alphabet pocket media to group B children at Terang state kindergarten west manggarai regency Flores; 2) To describe the ability to recognize letters after the application of alphabet pocket media to group B children at Terang state kindergarten west manggarai regency Flores; 3) To describe the effect of using alphabet pocket media on the ability to recognize letters in group B children at Terang state kindergarten west manggarai regency Flores. This research is a quantitativeresearch with a pre-experimental design approach with the type of design “One Group Pre-Test-Post-Test Designs”, The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples obtained was 12 children. The research instrument used was a guideline for observing the ability to recognize letters. Data analysis used in this study was a descriptive and inferential statistical analysis technique. The results of the study showed that: a) The use of alphabet pocket media before carrying out treatment, the average value of children’s ability to recognize letters obtaided was 11.08; b) The use of alphabet pocket media has proven effective in omproving the ability to recognize letters in children in group B. This can be seen after carrying out treatment 5 times, the average value is 18.41; c) Based on the results of the study, there is an effect of the use of alphabet pocket media on the ability to recognize letters in children in group B at TK Negeri Terang, west manggarai regency Flores.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning by using Picture and picture type cooperative model. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that Picture and picture type cooperative model can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 48.71%, the first cycle 66.39% and in the second cycle it increased to 89.66%. Thus, the use of Picture and picture type cooperative model can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the game Truth or Dare in group counseling services to enhance students' self-confidence. This research uses a quantitative approach, with the chosen method being a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample selected consisted of 10 students using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a self-confidence scale instrument. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 22 to test the hypothesis with the paired sample T-test formula, and N-Gain was used to see the improvement in students' self-confidence. The research results showed that there was a significant difference in students' self-confidence before and after the Truth or Dare game was applied. The N-Gain interpretation score indicated that there was an improvement in students' self-confidence, with a fairly effective category. It can be proven that the game Truth or Dare in group counseling services can increase students' self-confidence.

Abstract

The production of breast milk in mothers who undergo Caesarean section is influenced by several factors, including psychological ones such as anxiety. In Indonesia, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0–6 months is 72.07%, and the tendency to give colostrum is 85.4%. One of the factors affecting colostrum secretion is the use of medication during Caesarean procedures. This study aimed to examine the relationship between anxiety levels and colostrum secretion in post-Caesarean section mothers at Meuraxa Regional Hospital, Banda Aceh. The study used an analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all post-Caesarean section mothers treated in the maternity ward. A total of 36 respondents were selected using accidental sampling. The results showed that 75% of mothers who experienced anxiety had inhibited colostrum secretion, while 16.7% of those who were not anxious experienced smooth colostrum flow. Statistical analysis showed a significant relationship (p-value = 0.000). In conclusion, there is a significant association between anxiety and colostrum secretion in post-Caesarean mothers. These findings can help improve the quality of maternal care and guide midwives in managing postpartum care for mothers after Caesarean delivery.

Abstract

Cultural diversity in modern society is growing, characterized by increased interaction between individuals and groups with different backgrounds. It can pose a challenge in communicating and developing harmonious relationships. Multicultural counselling offers an approach that can help develop understanding and skills in cross-cultural interaction. This article examines the concept of multicultural counselling and its mechanisms in facilitating the development of intercultural relationships. Through a review of the literature, it was found that multicultural counseling focuses on the recognition and appreciation of cultural differences, as well as developing the cultural competence of counsellors to provide services that are responsive to the needs of clients with diverse backgrounds. It can help clients understand and appreciate differences, enhance empathy, and develop cross-cultural communication skills.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran strategis konselor dalam mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas sebagai bagian dari pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030, khususnya pada Tujuan 4 yang menekankan pendidikan inklusif, merata, dan berkualitas. Konselor berperan penting dalam mendukung perkembangan akademik, emosional, dan sosial peserta didik. Melalui pendekatan holistik, konselor membantu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif, memberikan bimbingan akademik, serta mendukung kesehatan mental peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi konselor dalam pendidikan berkualitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konselor memainkan peran vital dalam pengembangan karakter, pencegahan masalah psikososial, dan kolaborasi dengan stakeholder pendidikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kapasitas konselor dalam mendukung pencapaian SDGs 2030.

Abstract

Remaja perkotaan semakin terputus dari alam akibat urbanisasi cepat dan gaya hidup digital, yang berkontribusi pada menurunnya kesadaran lingkungan dan meningkatnya kecemasan iklim. Studi ini bertujuan mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut melalui implementasi program eko-konseling terstruktur dengan pendekatan psikoedukatif yang ditujukan bagi anak dan remaja di Ramindra, Bangkok. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif berbasis partisipasi komunitas, program ini mencakup komponen kognitif, afektif, dan konatif untuk menumbuhkan empati lingkungan dan tindakan nyata. Program dilaksanakan secara hybrid melalui lokakarya interaktif, terapi seni, aktivitas luar ruang, dan kampanye lingkungan berbasis sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan lingkungan sebesar 30%, sikap pro-lingkungan sebesar 25%, penurunan kecemasan iklim sebesar 15%, serta terbentuknya komunitas pemuda aktif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa eko-konseling merupakan strategi efektif untuk membentuk perilaku berkelanjutan dan memperkuat karakter peduli lingkungan pada remaja perkotaan. Program ini dapat direplikasi di kota lain yang menghadapi tantangan ekologis dan psikososial serupa.

Abstract

Kepercayaan diri adalah salah satu komponen yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah terutama pada enjang pendidikan dasar. Hasil observasi di SDN 3 Takengon menemukan masih banyak peserta didik belum memiliki kepercayaan diri pada saat belajar. Merekabelum berani berbicara dengan guru atau bercerita di depan kelas tentangbahan pembelajaran dan cenderung diam. Mental peserta didik masih lemah dan takut berbicara dengan temannya dan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kepercayaan diri peserta didik setelah perlakuan layanan bimbingan konseling berbantuan video animasi pada kelas V SDN 3 Takengon. Penelitian ini One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 8 orang dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t dan uji N-Gain kepercayaandiri. Hsil Pnelitian diperoleh N-Gain Kepercayaan diri sebesar 68,84 masuk dalam kategori Sedang. Dengan demikian Layanan BK bernatuan video animasi mampu meninkatkan Kepercayaan Diri Peserta didik SD Negeri 3 Takengon.
