Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the representation of culture in Indonesian textbooks grade VII, (2) describe the representation of Pancasila student profile in Indonesian textbooks grade VII. This research is a qualitative research and uses case study method with content analysis approach. The data source of this research is the seventh grade Indonesian textbook. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Data collection was done by document analysis. The data validity test technique used was data source triangulation. The results of this study are, in the seventh grade Indonesian textbooks, cultural representations are found to be described through Koentjaraningrat's cultural elements in the form of language, technological systems, livelihood systems, social organization, knowledge systems, religious systems, and arts. Second, in the seventh grade Indonesian textbook, there is a representation of the Pancasila student profile which is divided into six dimensions, namely faith, fear of God Almighty; and noble character; global diversity; mutual cooperation; independent; critical reasoning; and creative. In the discussion, the six dimensions are then further divided based on the existing key elements

Abstract

Analysis of The Physical Structure and Inner Structure of The Poem "The Zoo" By Sitor Situmorang. Poetry analogizes other interpretations of language with the content of meaning hidden behind the beauty of words. The message conveyed by poetry is presented in a more aesthetic form and can be enjoyed by poetry connoisseurs. This research was motivated by the curiosity of researchers about the poetry of Sitor Situmorang, a figure who confirmed poetry as a means to express the expressionism and realism of the author's soul. Through the poem "The Zoo" he blends the expression of his soul stored in line and stanza. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the role of physical structure and mental structure present in poetry? This study aims to obtain a description of the structuralism of the poem "The Zoo" by Sitor Situmorang.  Analisis Struktur Fisik dan Struktur Batin Puisi "Kebun Binatang" oleh Sitor Situmorang. Puisi menganalogikan interpretasi bahasa lainnya dengan isi makna yang tersembunyi di balik keindahan kata. Pesan yang disampaikan oleh puisi disajikan dalam bentuk yang lebih estetis dan dapat dinikmati oleh para penikmat puisi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keingintahuan peneliti tentang puisi Sitor Situmorang, sosok yang mengukuhkan puisi sebagai sarana untuk mengekspresikan ekspresionisme dan realisme jiwa pengarang. Melalui puisi "Kebun Binatang", ia memadukan ekspresi jiwanya yang tersimpan melalui baris dan bait. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran struktur fisik dan struktur batin yang ada dalam puisi? Abstract

Reading habits are an important activity for adolescents, but reading practices that do not pay attention to ergonomic aspects can affect posture quality. This study aims to analyze the relationship between reading habits and the posture of high school students. The research design used is descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 36 high school students aged 15–16 years old from Surakarta who were selected purposively. Data on reading habits, including duration, frequency, position, lighting, and media, were collected through questionnaires, while posture was assessed using the New York Posture Rating Scale (NYPRS). Descriptive analysis was used to describe the distribution of data and the relationship between variables. The results showed that most students read using gadgets (61.1%) while sitting on a chair (33.3%) or lying down (33.3%). The average posture score was 82.63, which was categorized as fairly good. However, lying down and lying on the stomach, as well as dim lighting, were associated with lower posture scores. These findings confirm that non-ergonomic reading habits can increase the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in adolescents. The implication of this study is the importance of reading ergonomics education for students, teachers, and parents, as well as improving learning facilities that support healthy posture to prevent musculoskeletal problems from an early age.
