Abstract

Keterampilan kepemimpinan transformasi digital atau digital transformation leadership skill merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh generasi muda dalam mempersiapkan bekalnya untuk menghadapi era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). Penelitian ini menggali pentingnya pengembangan keterampilan kepemimpinan transformasi digital bagi generasi muda, yang harus menghadapi tantangan perubahan sosial dengan cepat akibat arus teknologi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang dimana dalam hal ini berfokus pada penggambaran rinci masalah yang akan dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan kepemimpinan transformasi digital, seperti inovasi, pemikiran kritis, dan kemampuan beradaptasi serta keterampilan media digital sangat diperlukan bagi generasi muda untuk mengahadapi era VUCA. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini penulis merekomendasikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang berfokus pada peningkatan keterampilan tersebut untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda sebagai pemimpin tranformasional di masa depan.

Abstract

Currently, the complexity of the problems faced by the younger generation is increasing, including the lack of ability to explore potential and create opportunities in the environment. This results in a lack of support for work programs, which ultimately hinders the progress of society. One effective solution is training and assistance in developing strategies and managing youth programs. This activity is carried out with the aim of encouraging increased understanding of management and skills in preparing strategic plans, especially for youth organizations. The involvement of 25-30 participants in the Bende Seguguk youth organization in Ogan Komering Ilir, using training and workshop methods, consultations, FDGs, and measuring results through pre-tests and post-tests, has shown a significant increase. Before the training, only 9% of participants understood the strategic plan. After the training, this figure jumped to 93%. This success emphasizes the importance of strategic planning in organizations. Increasing understanding and management skills will enable youth organizations to better face challenges, as well as optimize their potential to have a positive impact on local community development.

Abstract

Human resources are all assets related to individuals working in an organization. A human resources development program is a series of knowledge and activities specifically designed by each organization to empower humans as the main actors driving the organization. The author's research aims to determine the trends and dynamics of HR development programs through global research. The method used is simple quantitative research that focuses on general searches through the Scopus page, cluster selection on the Scival platform, and bibliometric research. The author takes the perspective of one cluster in selecting research trends related to human resources development programs, namely in the Assessment Center in Talent Management Practices. The results of the study: 130 scientific papers have been found in the Scopus platform. Meanwhile, the results of bibliometric research through VOSviewer found that the trends and dynamics of the topic have developed quite significantly and are more modern by providing discussions, such as "effectiveness," "evaluation," and "HRD programs" with a publication temporal of the 2020s and above. The research on Human Resources Development Programs from a global perspective encourages the development of science in the field of human resources management.
