Abstract

At this time Indonesia is facing a period of globalization and the development of information technology is accelerating. Indonesia must prepare itself and be able to plunge in the era of globalization, one sector that must be considered is the retail business sector, where retail businesses are experiencing quite rapid development in recent years. Producers who produce goods and services not only pay attention to the goods and services they produce, but must be able to pay attention to how the goods and services they produce are known to consumers and reach the hands of consumers in accordance with consumer desires and expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, product, price and place in attracting buyers at Hypermart Bengkulu City. The sample used in this study amounted to 84 people who had shopped at Hypermart. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula by taking a 10% confidence level. Data is processed in the form of numeric data (numbers) using a Likert scale. The data collection method in this study is in the form of a questionnaire. The data is processed using spss for windows version 25. The analysis method uses quantitative methods, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is a significant influence between promotion on consumer buying interest in Hypermart Bengkulu City, which means that the more promotion is held, the more consumer buying interest will increase. There is a significant influence between products on buying interest at Hypermart Bengkulu, which means that the better the quality of the products offered, the more consumer buying interest will increase. There is a significant effect on price on buying interest in Hypermart Bengkulu, which means that the more affordable the price offered, the more consumer buying interest will increase. There is a significant effect on place on buying interest in Hypermart Bengkulu City, which means that the more strategic the place that is reached, the more consumer buying interest in Hypermart Bengkulu City will increase.

Abstract

To meet consumer needs, the packaging of a food product is an important part of the food industry. Apart from being a container or wrapper for food, packaging also has a function to protect food. However, good packaging still prioritizes its function, namely to protect the product so that it is not only attractive in terms of appearance but also able to maintain the quality of the product. Tofu is one type of protein source food made from soybeans. Tofu is also a processed soybean product that has a fairly broad market segment. Until now, tofu does not have packaging that is suitable for packaging tofu, tofu traders usually sell their tofu using plastic bags. To be able to get the packaging according to the wishes of customers or the public to be more attractive or different from other tofu sellers, the packaging that is suitable for wrapping tofu is to use a box and also to make it more attractive it can be added with a logo so that the product is easily recognized by the public or customers. So using a method by providing direct counseling at the factory location by providing exposure to how to improve the quality of the packaging of tofu products produced. The results of this community service activity propose three aspects of solutions, namely paying attention to the quality of packaging related to the cleanliness of the tofu sold, maintaining the durability of the tofu sold with good packaging, adding product identity to the packaging to increase the selling value of the product.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what the legal standing is for online buying and selling agreements through M-banking and to find out what the legal consequences are for online buying and selling fraud. The research method used in this research is normative research with descriptive research type. The approach used is a statutory approach (statue approach) and a doctrinal/conceptual approach. The type of data used is secondary data which consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Data collection was carried out by means of a literature study. Then the collected data were analyzed systematically. According to the results of this study, it shows that: First, online buying and selling agreements in buying and selling forums through M-banking services fulfill the legal requirements of an agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article 1320 of the Criminal Code, which states that part of one of the legal requirements of an agreement is that there is an "agreement of those who bind himself”. Although there is one of the legal requirements of the agreement that is not fully met, namely regarding the skills requirements of the parties. However, the online sale and purchase agreement in the buying and selling forum through joint account services remains valid and binds the parties involved in it and becomes law for the parties who carry it out. The terms of competence of the parties are subjective requirements which if these conditions are not fully met in an agreement does not cause the agreement to become invalid, but only the agreement can be canceled by one of the parties. Second, the legal consequences of fraud in online buying and selling agreements in Indonesian positive law, namely giving rise to responsibility for consumer losses in transactions for consumer losses oblige the person who because of the mistake of issuing the loss, compensates for the loss. The consequences of online buying and selling fraud not only have legal consequences but also in the realm of civil and criminal law.
