Abstract

Entering the Industrial Revolution 4.0, digital technology has become one of the main capital needed by industrial companies to develop their businesses. With the help of digital technology, a country can move its economy towards a digital economy. The development of the digital economy can give rise to new business models and play a role in encouraging business growth in Indonesia, integration between industries, and changes to existing industrial business models. This research is a literature review using qualitative methods. The data source used in this article is secondary data obtained from articles published in the last 10 years regarding the development of a sustainable digital economy in Indonesia. The digital economy was born and developed along with the increasingly globalized use of information and communication technology in the world. The wave of the digital economy has given birth to a smooth, inclusive and equal terrain. Factors that encourage business or entrepreneurial growth in Indonesia are increasing access to information and communication technology, increasing government support for entrepreneurship, growing entrepreneurial culture. The digital economy is an economic activity that utilizes digital technology and computers. The currently developing digital economy includes e-commerce and financial technology. The progress of the digital economy has provided business opportunities for business people, so worker skills must be a requirement to take advantage of the availability of technology in managing businesses to increase their income in their business ventures. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an economic sector in Indonesia that have an important role in developing the country's economy. Even though MSMEs have a role in the economy, in the course of business there are still obstacles and obstacles faced by MSME actors. These problems include the low level of education and gender issues whose equality is still questionable. This study aims to determine the effect of education level on the performance of MSMEs in Jakarta in terms of gender. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 80 respondents from SMEs in Pasar Rebo District. This study took data through a closed questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the level of education has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, whereas if viewed through the gender aspect it does not affect the performance of MSMEs. Abstract

This research examines green entrepreneurship as a business strategy that integrates economic value with environmental sustainability principles. Using a systematic literature review method with the PRISMA approach, this research identifies key factors that influence the sustainability of green businesses in developing markets. The research results show that technological innovation, policy support, and green supply chain management are the main factors in the long-term sustainability of green businesses. The implications of this research are important for entrepreneurs and policy makers in developing effective strategies to support green entrepreneurial practices.

Abstract

This research explores the influence of students' personal characteristics on their participation in digital business and its impact on the digital economy. Using a quantitative approach, an online survey was conducted on 200 students. Personality traits are analyzed using the Big Five theory which includes extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness. Data were analyzed using linear regression. The research results show that personality traits have an influence on Green Entrepreneurship Intention, while economics and digital business have no influence on Green Entrepreneurship Intention, extroversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness have a positive influence on student participation and contribution in digital business, while neuroticism and openness have an influence. negative. This research confirms the importance of personal traits in influencing students' participation in digital business and recommends strategies to increase their awareness and participation. It is hoped that the research results can support the development of more effective education and training strategies in the field of digital entrepreneurship and can increase Green Entrepreneurial Intention among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix strategy at One of the outdoor equipment business brands. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the brand successfully utilizes the 4P marketing mix elements (product, price, promotion, and place) to attract consumer interest and increase sales. The products are known for their high quality and suitability for the outdoor adventure market. The pricing strategy is set considering competition and consumer response. Promotion is effectively carried out through social media and e-commerce. Store location selection is also strategic to enhance accessibility and customer convenience. However, the brand needs to continue innovating and adapting to rapidly changing consumer trends to maintain its position in the global market.

Abstract

This consumptive behavior is often found in the lives of teenagers who live in urban areas. Because teenagers in urban areas live a complex social life, individuals compete to consume things to gain identity through what they consume. Economic literacy helps reduce a person's consumptive behavior. This research aims to determine the influence of economic literacy on the consumptive behavior of late adolescents. This research uses an associative quantitative method with a non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to one hundred and fifteen respondents. This research surveyed by distributing online questionnaires to examine economic literacy and consumer behavior. Statistical analysis tests were carried out with the help of SPSS twenty-six zero points software. The research results show that in testing the hypothesis, H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, and there is no significant influence between economic literacy and consumer behavior in Rawalumbu. It can be concluded that high or low economic literacy in the late teens in Rawalumbu does not influence consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of technological adoption, innovation management, and market demand on competitive advantage among firms in Indonesia. Using a sample of 400 companies across various industry sectors, this research employs multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship between these variables. The results indicate that technological adoption, innovation management, and market demand significantly and positively influence competitive advantage. The findings suggest that firms that effectively adopt technology, manage innovation, and respond to market demands are more likely to achieve superior competitive positioning. These insights provide practical implications for managers and policymakers aiming to enhance business performance and competitive edge. Future research should further explore these dynamics in different contexts and consider additional influencing factors to enrich the understanding of competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research empirically investigates the relationship between the entrepreneurial learning environment and green entrepreneurial intentions among undergraduate students in Indonesia. Through a cross-sectional survey involving 470 respondents from diverse academic backgrounds, the study reveals significant correlations between the physical and mental dimensions of the entrepreneurial learning environment and students' intentions toward green entrepreneurship. These dimensions encompass infrastructure, resources, and support systems, as well as attitudes, values, and perceptions cultivated within the learning environment. The findings underscore the pivotal role of fostering an educational atmosphere that nurtures innovation, creativity, and sustainability in shaping students' entrepreneurial aspirations, particularly toward green entrepreneurship. Furthermore, actionable recommendations are provided for university management, including integrating individuals with practical entrepreneurial experience into teaching, adapting entrepreneurship curriculum to incorporate principles of environmental sustainability, and empowering students through mentorship and practical experiences. Overall, this study contributes to the literature by highlighting the crucial role of the entrepreneurial learning environment in cultivating environmentally conscious entrepreneurs, not only in Indonesia but also in broader global contexts.
