Abstract

Pendidik dan siswa adalah sumber daya manusia yang berharga di bidang pendidikan. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif sangat penting di lembaga-lembaga tersebut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan. Maka dari itu manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting sekali di kelola di sebuah lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi studi literature atau peneltian pustaka untuk melakukan analisis deskriptif dengan memeriksa beberapa buku, penelitian terdahulu, penelitian nasional dan internasional. Melalui penelitian ini, kami telah memperoleh temuan bahwa administrasi sumber daya manusia dalam pendidikan dimulai dengan organisasi instruktur, yang pada gilirannya mengawasi siswa. Pelatihan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Kadang-kadang, lembaga pendidikan harus menyediakan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kinerja personil pendidikan dan merumuskan operasi sekolah. Bagi para pendidik, meningkatkan hasil belajar adalah tanggung jawab penting yang secara langsung mencerminkan kualitas pendidikan yang diberikan oleh sekolah. Sederhananya, organisasi perlu menerapkan pendekatan atau strategi yang unik untuk mengatasi masalah manajemen sumber daya manusia yang tidak efisien untuk mencapai efektivitas. Salah satu pendekatan adalah untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia dengan menggunakan digitalisasi manajemen sumber manusia, sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi. Dengan demikian, sekolah harus menunjukkan kepada publik komitmen untuk meningkatkan dan memperbaiki sistem kualitas sekolah. Ini akan memungkinkan sekolah untuk memberikan layanan berkualitas tinggi ke masyarakat.

Abstract

Leadership within managing an Islamic educational institution must have a situation-based leadership style in the face of technological developments. So from that leadership has a challenge to technological development in the world of education. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and its type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews, documents, books, journals, and previous research. The findings of this study are that the application of situational leadership in the houses effectively overcomes the obstacles faced by education in the development of technology using versatile and adaptable strategies. Teachers receive rigorous training and engage in collaborative possibilities, producing enhanced skills and knowledge. As a result, students benefit from more participatory learning techniques, which leads to increased interest and better learning outcomes. Although there are barriers to change and constraints in technological infrastructure, a combination of policy support, external resources, and an inclusive leadership approach effectively addresses these barriers. The overall findings emphasize the importance of situational leadership in overseeing educational innovation and formulating more comprehensive and efficient policies in technological developments.

Abstract

Research This study aims to evaluate the Tahfidzul Qur'an program in Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang with the main purpose of assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the program in achieving the program in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an of students. Evaluative research method used in evaluating the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The CIPP model is designed to provide a comprehensive framework framework in systematically assessing various aspects of the program. The results of this study show that the evaluation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang shows positive and beneficial results despite some challenges. The context analysis highlighted the strong motivation of learners as well as support from the community, despite economic and social constraints. The input evaluation emphasized the importance of teachers' qualifications, an adequate curriculum, and improved facilities and financial support. The process of implementing a diverse program of teaching methods and classroom management is effective, but more individual guidance and technology integration are needed. The product evaluation revealed the program's success in achieving memorization targets, improving academic achievement, spiritual development, and positive character changes in learners. With continuous improvement and implementation of recommendations, this program has great potential to continue to grow and produce a generation of quality and characterful Qur'an memorizers.
