Abstract

Memahami pendidikan yang semakin hari semakin kompleks baik aspek pendidik, peserta didik, materi, media, metode dan lingkungan pendidikan diperlukan pula diperlukan pula pemahaman yang semakin komprehensif dari aspek di atas, namun tidak semua aspek di atas dapat dijelaskan dalam tulisan singkat ini tetapi dapat dijelaskan kewibawaan sebagai aspek media memiliki keterpautan dengan karakter peserta didik yang dibutuhkan karena kewibawaan itu mengandung keteladanan, kasih sayang, kelembutan, tindakan tegas yang mendidik, disiplin dan demokrasi yang terjelma dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh pendidik agar peserta didik memiliki kekuatan karakter sebagaimana digambarkan oleh berbagai pakar antara lain Dapat dipercaya (trustworthiness), 2) Rasa hormat dan perhatian (respect), 3) Tanggung jawab (responsibility), 4) Jujur (fairness), 5) Peduli (caring), 6) Kewarganegaraan (citizenship), 7) Ketulusan (lonesty), 8) Berani (courage), 9) Tekun (diligence), dan 10) Integritykter. Sehingga peserta didik memiliki kesadaran pemahaman yang tinggi, kepedulian dan komitmen untuk menerapkan kebaikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga terwujud perilaku baik, jujur, bertanggung jawab, hormat terhadap orang lain dan nilai-nilai karakter mulia lainnya. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kondisi kecerdasan spiritual siswa yang masih jauh dari nilai-nilai keislaman. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan masih banyaknya peserta didik yang lalai dalam shalat dan sering mengundurkan waktu shalat, siswa yang tidak ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan shalat zhuhur berjamaah, siswa yang kurang pandai dalam baca tulis al-qur’an, siswa yang masih banyak berbicara kasar sesama teman serta siswa yang tidak amanah dalam menjalankan tugas yang diberikan kepada siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskritif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah menggunakan observasi langsung ke sekolah dengan cara melihat kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di kelas VII, wawancara dengan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, Wakil Kurikulum dan Siswa kelas VII serta dokumentasi seperti RPP dan Absebsi Shalat Dhuha dan Shalat Zhuhur siswa kelas VII. Adapun analisis data dilakukan dengan menelaah seluruh data, kemudian melakukan penyeleksian kembali terhadap data yang ada, kemudian melakukan display data, verifikasi data dan mengklarifikasikan data yang telah didapat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas yang dilakukan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki rasa ingin tahu terhadap siswa, mengajukan pertanyaan berbobot, memberikan gagasan dan usulan terhadap suatu masalah, mempunyai daya imajinasi, dan mengembangkan atau merinci suatu gagasan. Selain itu ditemukan faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa, faktor penghambat yaitu siswa yang cepat terpengaruh terhadap lingkungan tempat bergaul dan juga kebiasaan siswa atau lingkungan sekitar. Faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa yaitu pihak keluarga, pihak sekolah, serta adanya sarana dan prasarana dan respon siswa yang begitu baik.

Abstract

The background to this research is that students lack enthusiasm and are less active in the Fiqh subjects taught by the teacher during learning. Lack of cooperation can trigger students to be active and discuss learning with their friends. Based on this, the researchers tried to offer a Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative learning model. The formulation of the problem in this research is how much influence the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model has on student learning activities in the Class XI Fiqh subject at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. This research aims to determine how much influence the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Model has on student learning activities in the Class XI Fiqh subject at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. The type of research used in this research uses quantitative research methods with a quasi-experimental approach. In this study, a nonequivalent control group design was used. The population in this research were all class XI students at MAN 1 Bukittinggi City. Sampling was carried out randomly and class XI IPS 2 was selected as the control class and class XI IPS 3 as the experimental class. The results of this research can be explained that there is an increase in the learning activity of experimental class students with the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model compared to learning in the control class without any treatment. Based on hypothesis testing, it is known that there are differences in fiqh learning activities between experimental class and control class students, namely based on the t-test, tcount = 3.491 and ttable = 1.66. Based on the results obtained, the value tcount > ttable so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model influences students' fiqh learning activities.

Abstract

Researchers found several weaknesses during PAI learning at SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung, namely the lack of enthusiasm of students to learn, low student achievement during learning, and there were still many students who fell asleep during learning, which affected learning. Learners influence learning. The aim of this research was to see how much influence the application of the snowball throwing method had on the Islamic religious education learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. The location for this experiment was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung, Dharmasraya Regency. The population in this study was all students in class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung, a total of 57 students, while the sample in this study was class VII A, which was the experimental class, which had a total of 29 students, and class VII B, which was the control class, which had a total of 28 students. . In determining the sample in this research, aggregate sampling techniques were used. In this research, data was collected in the form of tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the snowball throwing method influences student learning outcomes by 71.4% and other factors by 28.6%. In the hypothesis test analysis, the significance value (two-tailed) was obtained, namely 0.026 < 0.05, so that the Ha test decision was accepted and Ho was rejected, so it can be concluded that the snowball throwing method has an effect on learning outcomes. Based on research data, it can be concluded that the snowball throwing method is more suitable for implementing teaching and learning in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

The development of the beauty business is currently very rapid in indoesia. In the service sector, it is an important part of a beauty company as a means of communicaton for companiens whose target is consumers. As time goes by, cosmetics are needed by all groups. This is one of the things that makes researchers interested in analyzing what kind of employee service communication strategies are used by employees of Ms Glow Tangah Jua Bukittinngi whether they are appropriate and relevant to the Public Relations perspective. This study aims to determine the employee service communication strategy carried out by Ms Glow Tangah Jua Bukittinggi from a Public Relations perspective. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the employee and owner of Ms Glow Tangah Jua Bukittinggi and the object is the employee service communication strategy of Ms Glow Tangah Jua Bukittinggi in terms of Public Relations perspective. Meanwhile, in collecting data in this study, researchers collected data from observatio, interview and documentation. Based on the results of research with Ms Glow Tangah Jua Bukittinggi, a communication startegy that is appropriate and relevant to public relation is by greeting consumers well and greeting them when consumers arrive, the second strategy is educating consumers about the problems that occur on their skin, so that Ms Glow can handle and provide products that are suitable for consumers’ own skin problems.

Abstract

Web series is a serial viewing format that is broadcast via web-based internet technology such as YouTube and Vimeo. Web Series have a broadcast concept that is similar to television shows, but Web Series are shorter in duration, have clearer storylines and conflicts and are not long-winded. A strong story makes the audience understand and become more involved in the story, so this media is often used to convey preaching messages. Like one of the Web Series entitled "Story Of Dira" belonging to the B3E Production Youtube Channel. Various series that have been produced have achieved success, both in Indonesia and abroad. One of the achievements of the film When Hafidz Falls in Love was winning awards as favorite film and best director at ISMEFEST, 1st place at KUA Fest 2020, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out what da'wah messages are contained in the Web Series Story Of Dira. The type of research used by the author in analyzing the Story Of Dira web series is library research using a qualitative approach. The data was analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The research results show that the Web Series Story Of Dira contains a da'wah message, namely the message of the aqidah da'wah conveyed in this Web Series is about faith in Allah, faith in qhada and qhadar. The message of sharia da'wah is about prohibitions on dating, covering one's private parts, marriage, ta'aruf. The message of moral preaching is about telling the truth, forgiving, helping each other, inviting people to study and loving animals. Where the preaching message above is analyzed based on Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis approach, namely by examining signs or symbols with the meaning of denotation, connotation and myth.

Abstract

Thistresearrch is motivatedubyothe condition ofjstudents' motivation toistudy PAI which is still relatively low, so that when learning many students are less active. Theipurposeoof thisustudy wasito findiyoutr howtmuchuinfluenceuthe observational learning model hadoion students' learning motivation in PAI learning at UPTD SMP Negeri 5Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru.Thiis researchtisua Quasi Experimentail Designiresearch, with a tendency of quantitative data. The data analysiis technique ues the Normality Test with the Kolmogrov Smirnov formula, and the homogeneityytesttwith Fisher's test followed by hypothesis testing with Independent t-test. Basedron the test results and discussion of the research data, the results of the t test. The exerimental class motivation obtained an average of 155.47 and in the control class obtained an averag of 140.50. Itccan beeconcluded thaat the effect ofuusing the discoverry learing mdl on student learing motivation in PAI learning at UPTD SMP Negeri 5 Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru is strong, as evidenced by the number 155.47 > 140.50, then H0 is rejected and H1 is acepted.

Abstract

This research was conducted because researchers found that teachers only apply conventional learning models (lectures) so that educators talk more than students. In addition, students rarely pay attention and record the teacher's explanation. Then there was no feedback from students during the question and answer session, and they did not have the courage to express their opinions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Crossword Puzzle Assisted Team Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model on Student Learning Activeness in PAI Material at SMP N 3 Koto Baru, Dharmasraya Regency. This type of research is quantitative, using Quasy Experiments. The population of this study were all students of class VIII, totaling 40 people. The sampling technique used was to collect UTS values, then normality and homogeneity tests were carried out, then the samples were determined randomly. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses the t-test. The results showed that the average student activity in the experimental class was 112.20 and that of the control group was 77.20. The results of the analysis using the Independent Sample T-test between experimental and control classes obtained a t-count of 10.014 and a t-table of 2.024, and a significance level of 0.000. So it can be concluded that the activeness of students using the Crossword Puzzle-assisted Team Games Tournament (TGT) is better than students using the conventional model (teaching) in class VIII SMP N 3 Koto Baru.
