Abstract

For the public and private sectors, especially those dealing with the international world, monitoring exchange rate movements is very important. However, in the current conditions of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA), exchange rate projections become very challenging. Behavioral Equilibrium Exchange Rate (BEER) is a model used to estimate an exchange rate that is considered balanced based on fundamental factors. In connection with this, the author intends to inform you about BEER and its benefits. Therefore, this paper aims to estimate the balance of the real exchange rate (RER), so that exchange rate movements outside of equilibrium (misalignment) can be identified. The method used in this paper is the Error Correction Model (ECM). The author uses quarterly data with the aim of getting a long data series and more accurate estimation results. Meanwhile, the explanatory variables consist of productivity, interest rate differential, foreign reserves, terms of trade, and risk premium. From the estimation results, it is known that changes in productivity, interest rate differential and foreign exchange reserves have a significant positive effect on RER movements. The risk premium has a significant negative effect, while the terms of trade are not significant. It is hoped that the results of this simple analysis will provide additional insight for policy makers and economic practitioners in understanding the dynamics of the real rupiah exchange rate and efforts to maintain its stability. It is also hoped that this article will provide a strong basis for considering more effective policies in managing the rupiah exchange rate. Abstract

The object of this research is the cosmetic brand Emina which is located at the Topshop 1 Cosmetic Store in Bandar Lampung, where the two parties have worked together for a long time and are quite successful, although later the sales of Emina's cosmetic brand experienced a decline due to the pandemic that hit for approximately 2 years to the back. The purpose of this study was to determine the promotion strategy in increasing sales of the Emina cosmetic brand at the Topshop 1 cosmetic store, Bandar Lampung. The research method used is a qualitative method. Sources of data using primary data obtained through interviews. The data were processed and analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis through deductive, inductive, and comparative methods. The results of this study show that Emina's promotional strategy, especially at the Topshop 1 cosmetics store, in increasing sales through advertising activities, personal selling followed by customer database input by BA (Beauty Advisor) which will later be followed up, as well as conducting sales promotions. through the provision of product testers, discounts, and publicity. In addition, Emina's promotions at the Topshop 1 cosmetic store are also through the use of social media. This study concludes that Emina's promotional strategy has an effect on increasing the sales volume of the cosmetic brand at Topshop 1. Keywords: analysis, strategy, promotion

Abstract

Technological advances allow transactions to be carried out online even though the distance between buyers and sellers is very far, it can also be through used knowed e-commerce to avoid fraud. If the transaction is carried out outside knowed e-commerce will be prone to fraud such as the seller fleeing shortly after the buyer sends money or vice versa the buyer who runs away after the seller sends the goods. With the rise of such fraud cases comes an online service called joint account services. Joint account services are services that bring up third parties who are certainly neutral between buyers and sellers to help secure a transaction. The purpose of this study is to find out how joint account services can improve transaction security. The benefits of this research are expected to help prospective buyers and sellers avoid fraud and introducing joint account services more widely to the public. This research was conducted in one of the Facebook groups called Mobile Legends Ngab-Ngab where online transaction activities which are prone to fraud were frequent. Using qualitative descriptive research methods researchers conduct observations and interviews with informants to find out whether using joint account services can help secure transactions. After conducting observations and interviews with informants, researchers concluded that using joint account services when transactions can increase the security of an online transaction especially by doing Reff status which will be a kind of warranty for buyers. Abstract

Dalam era digital, media sosial seperti Instagram telah menjadi platform utama bagi bisnis untuk berinteraksi dengan pelanggan. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial Instagram dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan paradigma positivisme dan pendalaman deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial instagram dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kukukubdl Bandar Lampung dengan nilai F hitung 100,484; signifikansi 0,000>0,05 dan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,668 atau 66,8%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa variabel media sosial instagram dan kualitas pelayanan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian masyarakat secara signifikan. Abstract

Invoices and notes are important tools in a company's financial management process. The sustainability of a business requires high accuracy and integrity of transaction data. House Tapis Citra as a business engaged in the arts and culture of Lampung, especially clothing and accessories, needs to adopt the use of invoices and notes that refer to the right standards. This study focuses on optimizing the use of invoices and notes as important supporting tools in achieving the effectiveness and efficiency of financial transactions at HTC. This study aims to design a more effective and efficient system in managing transaction documents by analyzing various factors that affect data accuracy, including document formats, recording procedures, and information systems used. Abstract

House Tapis Citra (HTC), which produces the typical Lampung sulam usus, faces a problem the form of a sewing machine used has low productivity, only capable of producing 4 meters of product per day, while using a high-speed machine can produce 12 meters per day according to the specifications. The high demand from consumers cannot always be met. If urgent orders are required, they must be ordered from others which will increase production costs by 50%. The purpose of this research is to clearly identify the root causes of low productivity at HTC by analyzing through a fishbone diagram. After the main factors are identified, improvements are made and their effectiveness is measured. With the case study research method using a fishbone analysis tool, it will be able to answer research questions, and the resulting strategies can be made recommendations for further improvement solutions. The research results show that HTC employees' ability to produce output using a new machine is 0.85 meters/hour, while the old machine is only 0.5 meters/hour. The employees' ability to produce output at this time with the new machine is still 57%, and can still be improved to reach the remaining 43% by being given training to produce 12 meters/day to the machine spec. The souvenir production process produces 200 pieces/day with a work productivity of 25 pieces/hour for new machine, while the old machine only produces 100 pieces/day with productivity of 13 pieces/hour. Abstract

One of the applications of technology in improving the effectiveness of ASN performance and discipline in South Lampung Regency is to use an android-based online attendance system, and the recapitulation of absences is the basis for providing ASN performance allowances based on South Lampung Regent Regulation Number 10 of 2024. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the application of online attendance in determining the amount of performance allowance for employees of the Regional Secretariat of South Lampung Regency. The methode of this research is qualitative with data collection method using observation and interviews with informants. The results of the study were concluded based on the aspects of goals and objectives that most employees understand that policies to improve discipline and develop a fair and measurable benefit system. From the aspect of resources, the readiness in each work unit is still uneven. The attitude of the implementers towards this policy is generally positive. Many employees have accepted the online attendance system as an effort to improve discipline and as part of a more transparent assessment system. The effectiveness of information delivery is still uneven. Some employees feel that the information is clear enough, but others feel that the explanations received are still limited, especially related to technical aspects. The suggestion for this study is that it is necessary to add indicators other than attendance, such as work quality, productivity, individual performance achievements, and team contribution. Improving facilities and infrastructure so that technical obstacles can be overcome immediately and provide technical guidance in the form of videos/tutorials, digital questions and answers, and practical pocket books, which are easy to understand by all levels of Civil Servants.
