Abstract

Purpose — Halal tourism has become a trending destination for the people of Indonesia, including the province of Banten, which has religious characteristics, varied types of tourism, an abundance of Islamic boarding schools, and a majority Muslim population. Low community participation communication causes obstacles to halal tourism destinations. The research aims to reduce barriers to halal tourism through participatory communication communities in Banten province with a social evolution approach.Method — The research uses qualitative methods with a grounded theory approach. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling, while the data source is obtained from interviews, literature, and documentation. Data analysis uses design thinking with triangulation techniques.Result — The research found that increasing halal tourism required participatory community communication with a social evolution approach, including increasing education on halal certification and LPPOM-MUI, building public awareness about halal tourism, and community involvement in halal tourism. The design thinking approach formulates solutions to improve participatory communication of the community regarding halal tourism through optimizing halal certification bodies, MUI, religious and social institutions, providing halal tourism awareness training, providing information and technology training, providing support for licensing, having effective social media, marketing, safety, and comfort due diligence, permits and certification, increasing halal tourism marketing, improving the safety and comfort. The research implies that higher participation in public communication towards halal tourism will reduce local governments' obstacles.Contribution — Research contributes to increasing the Banten community’s participation in halal tourism. The local government will support regulations and facilitate reducing obstacles to halal tourism.

Abstract

Indonesian have a habit of throwing rubbish carelessly. Waste really pollutes the environment and affects the global climate, Indonesia is the third country contributing plastic waste in the world in 2020. The government does not care about environmental issues. This research aims to determine the influence of a group or community on behavior change in terms of developing a healthy environment in society. The waste problem in Indonesia is difficult to deal with, throwing rubbish carelessly is the culture in Indonesia, regulations regarding waste in Indonesia are not enforced enough. According to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, only 20% of Indonesian people care about waste. People are used to throwing rubbish carelessly, such as into rivers and beaches. Lack of knowledge about waste processing. The rules regarding waste are only normative. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods, as well as three paradigms in communicating change for development. First, Behavior Change Communication, Communication for Social Change, Advocacy Communication. Pandawara Group uses social media to influence society. With the Pandawara Group going viral, many people were inspired and took part in cleaning rivers and beaches. The local government participates in supporting Pandawara activities. Many people are interested in this movement, but this is only temporary, without strict sanctions and self-awareness, the behavior of littering continues to occur

Abstract

Abstract: College of Quran Sciences in 2018, around 65 percent of Indonesian people are still illiterate to the Koran, especially in rural areas or remote areas. Related to this data, the Al-Quran Village Movement is here to eradicate Al-Qur'an illiteracy. What makes the Al-Quran Village Movement special is the method by gathering volunteers from various campuses or universities, then these volunteers must pass tests according to the standardization that has been made, then these volunteers are distributed to areas that need Al-Quran education. So, with this look at the phenomena in the field using qualitative research methods with their approach. This research raises the formulation of the problem which is the focus of this research, namely how is the da'wah strategy of the Al-Qur'an Village Movement in forming a Qur'anic society? The theory in this study uses strategic management theory designed by Fred. R David. According to his assumptions, the strategy process uses three stages, namely, the strategy formulation stage, the strategy implementation stage and the strategy evaluation stage. From the results of the research that the author has analyzed, it can be concluded that the da'wah strategy for the formulation of the Al-Qur'an Village Movement is compiling a vision and mission, recruiting volunteers, determining the target villages. At the strategy implementation stage, several stages of initiation, regeneration and finalization were implemented. In the evaluation stage, the Al-Qur'an Village Movement reviewed the strategies that had been implemented by making reports in the form of diaries or diaries by the volunteers as well as photos and videos that had been determined by the committee.  Keywords: Al-Qur'an, Al-Quran Village Movement, Da'wah strategy, Qur'anic society

Abstract

Terinspirasi dari maraknya kasus speech delay yang terjadi belakangan ini, di mana membuat lembaga-lembaga terapi wicara banyak diminati para orangtua yang anaknya mengalami gejala speech delay. Sehingga peneliti merasa tertarik meneliti bentuk komunikasi yang dibangun antara terapis wicara dengan anak speech delay yang berlatar belakang di Rumah Tafdhila Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu hubungan komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif melalui bentuk trust (kepercayaan), supportiveness (dukungan) dan openness (keterbukaan) antara terapis wicara dengan anak speech delay di Rumah Tafdhila Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif antara terapis dengan anak speech delay dapat dibangun dari faktor (trust) kepercayaan seperti anak speech delay yang menaruh percaya penuh kepada terapis saat terapis menyentuh selah satu anggota tubuh anak untuk dibimbing dalam belajar. Faktor (openness) keterbukaan terlihat dari perkataan anak yang jujur dan faktor (supportiveness) dukungan ditunjukkan dari bentuk apresiasi terapis kepada anak speech delay.

Abstract

Produk halal sekarang ini menjadi sektor bisnis yang menarik. Sektor yang berkontribusi besar pada perekonomian dunia. Dengan jumlah masyarakat muslim dunia lebih dari 2 miliar, didukung akses informasi yang sangat mudah dan cepat, potensi pasar semakin meningkat. Namun antusiasme Pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) dalam menjamin kehalalan produk masih minim. Hal itu didukung Sosialisasi pemerintah yang kurang maksimal menyadarkan masyarakat untuk mengonsumsi makanan bersertifikat halal. Penulis melihat data terkini capaian pendaftar sertifikasi halal gratis untuk UMK masih jauh dari target. Pelaku Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Wajib Punya Sertifikasi Halal sesuai Pasal 4A UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Pemerintah menjamin beri kenyamanan, keamanan, keselamatan, dan kepastian ketersediaan Produk Halal bagi masyarakat sesuai UU Nomor 33 Tahun 2014. Pemberian sertifikasi gratis dalam “self declare” oleh pemerintah sebagai bentuk kampanye percepatan sertifikasi halal bagi UMK secara mudah dan cepat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Media dan Komunikasi dalam Modernisasi dan Globalisasi yang dikemukakan Melkote dan Steeves (2015:122). Yang membahas tentang: Pertama, Pendekatan Efek Komunikasi (2015: 123). Kedua, Pendekatan Pemasaran Sosial (2015: 142. Al-Qur’an dan Hadist mendeskripsikan beberapa hal. 1) “Ad-Dakwah” tentang Ajakan & Promosi dalam QS. Ali Imran: 110. 2) “Taghyir” tentang Perubahan dalam QS. Ar-Ra’du: 11. 3) “Tabligh”: Penyampaian Informasi bisa dijumpai dalam QS. Al-A’laa: 9-10. Serta dalam hadist بَلِّغُوا عَنِّى وَلَوْ آيَةً H.R. Bukhori. Kemenag telah membuka sertifikasi halal gratis (Sehati) sejumlah 1 juta sertifikat di tahun 2023 yang belum optimal. Sistem pelayanan pendaftaran melalui situs daring belum begitu maksimal bahkan sering down. Sertifikat untuk UMK yang telah diterbitkan belum ada 25% dari total kuota gratis sertifikat. Kampanye Halal Food Industry bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang arti pentingnya makanan halal. Kampanye Halal Food Industry dilakukan untuk menyukseskan komitmen Indonesia Pusat Halal Dunia 2024.
