Abstract

Informed consent is the process by which a person understands relevant information about a medical procedure or procedure. This research is in the form of designing a medical record formular based on the principle of informed consent that facilitates health services. This type of research is A qualitative descriptive study that analyzes the design of forms from anatomical, physical and substantive aspects of informed consent forms. The medical procedure consent form is a form that must be owned by every health care facility that regulates the agreement between the patient/patient's family and the doctor or health worker. RSIA Jimmy Medika Borneo has implemented a good design in the approval of medical procedures but there are several things that must be redesigned including the preliminary section and the approval and closing section. Recommendations for Jimmy Medika Borneo Hospital to evaluate through management review meetings including evaluating services and medical support documents so that service procedures are in accordance with the policies that have been regulated.

Abstract

The JKN system includes various types of health services, such as preventive services, health promotion, curative services, rehabilitative, and others. This study seeks to analyze the strategy of implementing the JKN system development as a solution to the deficit of BPJS Kesehatan RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie. The research used is qualitative research through Focus Group Dicussion. The JKN system development strategy in overcoming the BPJS Kesehatan deficit at Abdoel Wahab Syahranie Hospital can be formed through internal hospital governance to overcome fraud in health action services at the hospital. The application of the swot analysis strategy can be realized through the hospital's annual work plan. Recommendations for further research can conduct research on the governance of BPJS claims in order to minimize fraud.

Abstract

The hospital is an organization that strives to build its image through quality and safe health services, paying attention to the needs of patients and families, and increasing customer satisfaction. This study aims to see the Effect of Inpatient Service Image on Community Needs at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a cross sectional study approach. The population of this study was all pasein who were in the Tulip inpatient room at Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Hospital with 38 patients so that the study sample used a sampling technique, namely total sampling. There is a relationship between the image of the hospital through service facilities, health workers, and environmental conditions with the needs of the community at Abdoel Wahab Sjahrani Hospital. Recommendations for hospitals to continue tren positive organizational culture that prioritizes service quality, and suggest identifying patient satisfaction with each service in order to evaluate services in the hospital.
