Abstract

Pondok Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) are one of the educational institutions that are able to produce intellectual generations with independent characters. This study aims to analyze: (1) the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in students at the Darul Amien Jajag Gambiran Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School, (2) the implementation of educational activities that instill an entrepreneurial spirit in students, and (3) the impact of entrepreneurial education on students at the Darul Amien Jajag Gambiran Banyuwangi Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative method, with researchers going directly to the location to obtain valid data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the strategy for instilling an entrepreneurial spirit in the Darul Amien Islamic Boarding School includes a planning strategy, a tactical strategy, and a behavioral pattern strategy; (2) the implementation of educational activities to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in students involves instilling a vision, commitment, self-confidence, discipline, readiness to take risks, concern for consumers, and creativity; (3) The impact of this entrepreneurship education is that students become more self-confident, have thoughts that are directed towards the future, dare to face challenges, and have creativity and innovation in creating new things. This forms a strong leadership spirit, which is important for becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the components that play an important role in achieving the goals in the vision and mission of educational units, which in turn determine the goals of national education. Professors who have good achievements and performance will have a positive impact on student growth and school sustainability, as well as on existing teaching staff. The research method in this article uses the library research method (Library Research) this research method concerns the method of collecting library data, Data collection techniques in this study use documentation and analysis techniques, The data studied uses critical analysis. Critical analysis usually focuses on certain views or values ​​that are believed by researchers related to the problem of improving the quality of education - and documents - documents related to the problems studied by researchers. As a conclusion from the findings of this study, the writing above shows that what is meant by Job Performance Assessment is a system used to evaluate whether an employee as a whole has done his job well. This does not only cover the physical part of his job; it also includes many variables, such as work ability, discipline, team interaction, initiative, and leadership possibilities. This process is part of performance management that begins with formulating employee performance planning, which includes setting employee work targets (SKP) and measuring aspects such as quantity, quality, time, and cost in each task related to their position (pebriansyah, wilodati, & komariah, n.d). Employee work target (SKP) assessment is carried out by comparing actual performance achievements with previously set targets.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology forces educational institutions to adapt quickly. Administrators and educational practitioners need to innovate in managing curriculum and learning to develop students' talents and interests, and ensure that graduates have competencies that are in accordance with the demands of the times. Effective learning management organizes content and activities according to students' needs while paying attention to individual differences, with a focus on developing critical thinking and managerial skills and utilizing information technology. Teachers play a key role in curriculum implementation. Effective educators are able to apply and assess curriculum intuitively. Curriculum development can be spontaneous and reflective, involving the experiences and reflections of curriculum developers. The balance between various curriculum models is important, and the socio-political context of the school must also be considered to improve the quality of education. This study examines the development of curriculum management and learning at the Minhajussalikin Islamic Boarding School, Banyuwangi. The curriculum at Minhajussalikin combines national standards with elements of Islamic education, aiming to produce students who are experts in science and religion. This study answers two main questions: the principles of curriculum management and learning development, and its implementation at Minhajussalikin. The findings are expected to provide insights for educational practitioners. The methodology used is a case study with a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman qualitative analysis model, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Minhajussalikin has succeeded in integrating Islamic values ​​with modern educational practices to develop students who are balanced and contribute positively to society.

Abstract

Madrasahs have a strategic role in national development. Currently, madrasah education is still considered "second class" education. This is because the implementation of madrasahs still faces a number of major problems, starting from management issues and the low quality of madrasah education. This article is intended to provide an overview of the role of madrasahs in the education system in Indonesia, madrasah problems, opportunities, and challenges for madrasahs. Madrasahs have become part of the national education system. The method used in this study is a literature study by collecting secondary data from various sources of books and journals, then conducting a descriptive analysis of the data presented in detail. Various problems faced by madrasahs include education management, the gap between state and private, the quality of madrasahs, to the opportunities and challenges for madrasahs in Indonesia today.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of digital-based education marketing strategies at SDN 8 Sumberagung and its impact on increasing the interest of prospective students. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach, which allows researchers to explore in depth the digital marketing practices implemented by the school. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, parents and alumni, as well as participatory observation of the school's social media activities. Secondary data, such as student enrolment reports and social media visit statistics, were also used to complete the analysis. Data analysis techniques were conducted using thematic analysis to identify patterns and main themes that emerged from the collected data. The results showed that effective use of social media, such as Facebook and Instagram, has increased the school's visibility, strengthened relationships with parents, and increased the number of new registrants by almost 30%. Attractive visual content also proved to be effective in increasing community engagement and expanding the school's promotional reach. Overall, the social media-based digital marketing strategy at SDN 8 Sumberagung has successfully improved the school's image and attracted more new applicants.

This article aims to describe and analyze the management of educational facilities and infrastructure. What this article uses in writing is library research. Abstract

The regional autonomy system means that most decisions and policies in a region can be decided by themselves in that region without any interference from the central government. The weakness of the decentralization system in regional autonomy is that the authority of the region can prioritize the interests of groups and groups and is used to gain personal or individual profits.
