Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru bimbingan konseling (BK) dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia. Pendahuluan penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peran guru BK dalam mendukung perkembangan peserta didik melalui berbagai fungsi, seperti pengelolaan program, bimbingan, penilaian, konseling, konsultasi, dan koordinasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka (library research) dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang relevan, termasuk jurnal akademik, buku, dan sumber-sumber terpercaya lainnya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh guru BK meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya, beban kerja tinggi, kurangnya pelatihan khusus, serta kesulitan dalam membangun kerjasama dengan guru mata pelajaran dan orang tua. Selain itu, adaptasi terhadap teknologi dan keberagaman karakteristik siswa juga menjadi kendala signifikan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini, penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan sumber daya dan infrastruktur, pelatihan berkelanjutan, penguatan komunikasi dan kerjasama lintas sektor, pendekatan individual yang fleksibel, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Implementasi strategi-strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas peran guru BK dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, membantu siswa mengatasi berbagai masalah, dan mencapai potensi maksimal mereka.

Abstract

Classical music has been a part of human culture for a long time, and its effects on human emotions and cognitive development have been documented. However, the impact of classical music on plant growth and development is relatively unknown. This paper examines the potential effects of classical music on plant growth, development, and behavior. Plants are known to respond to environmental stimuli, including light, temperature, and touch. However, the effect of music on plant growth and development is relatively unknown. Recent studies have shown that plants may be sensitive to sound waves, including music, and that exposure to certain frequencies and rhythms can affect plant growth and developments This paper hypothesizes that classical music has a positive impact on plant growth and development through influences on plant physiology and behavior.

Abstract

Recruitment and employee placement are vital aspects of human resource management that play a strategic role in achieving an organization's vision and mission, including at Islamic Az-Zakiyah School in Medan. This school aims to produce a generation that is morally upright, intelligent, and competitive in the global era. This study aims to understand the recruitment and placement processes at the school, including the challenges and strategies employed to ensure a workforce qualified for Islamic educational standards. This qualitative descriptive study utilized interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results revealed that recruitment involves administrative screening, written tests, interviews, and micro-teaching, while employee placement is based on competencies and school needs. The findings also highlight challenges in meeting ideal human resource qualifications, addressed through collaboration with educational institutions and continuous employee training. The study concludes that structured recruitment and placement processes, along with comprehensive employee development programs, have enabled Islamic Az-Zakiyah School to create a high-quality educational environment rooted in Islamic values.
