Abstract

This article explores the analysis of individual counseling service strategies in relation to the counselor-client relationship. The research method employed in this study is a literature review analysis. The results reveal that counseling is a process of providing assistance through counseling interviews conducted by a professional counselor to individuals facing various problems. Individual counseling emerges as a core service within guidance and counseling, enabling clients to express their personal issues and find solutions. The counselor-client relationship is of utmost importance, requiring the counselor to establish rapport, trust, and effective communication with the client. Building a strong therapeutic alliance is crucial for successful counseling outcomes. The counselor-client relationship is dynamic and evolves over time, fostering trust, mutual understanding, and personal growth. Furthermore, maintaining appropriate boundaries and adhering to ethical standards are vital aspects of the counseling relationship.

Abstract

Every individual generally has to prepare a career plan, in order to achieve a career that is of course in accordance with the talents, interests and abilities that he has. However, the fact that we have often encountered lately is that there are still many fresh graduates who feel worried when they finish. Therefore this research will look at how the career planning of fresh graduates is reviewed based on the life span theory. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis with interviews with fresh graduates. Conducting interviews carried out several general steps, namely. 1. Identify the person being interviewed. 2. Determine the type of interview to be used. 3. During the interview, record the questions and answers. 4. Take brief notes during the interview. 5. Find a quiet and suitable place to conduct the interview. 6. Obtain consent from the interviewee to participate in the research. 7. Flexible inquiry. 8. Use sub-questions for additional information. 9. Be polite and professional during the interview. The results of the research revealed that the two informants already had good and well-planned career plans, this can be seen from both aspects of self-knowledge, attitudes and skills. The two informants were able to explain their career plans after fresh graduates and what concrete steps they would take

Abstract

The development of technology is very influential on the development of technology today, especially in today's digital era. Technology has had a significant impact on human life in the social, economic and cultural fields. Technology has changed business processes to be more efficient and effective so as to increase productivity and business growth. One of them is the development of micro, small. And medium (UMKM) which are already many in Indonesia, the background of the formation of UMKM in Indonesia is the rapid development of technology. One of the reasons we took the title “Digital financial preparation training using the money lover application at the next level corn ice UMKM business” is because the ice UMKM business has not used financial reporting records using digital applications. This implementation is carried out by means of socialization using the money lover application in the MSME Ice business.

Abstract

Aggressive behavior in adolescents, especially in male students, is often influenced by two significant factors: narcisstic and social rejection. This study aims to analyze the contribution of narcissistic tendencies and social rejection experiences to aggressive behavior of male students at State Vocational School 5 Padang. The phenomenon of aggressive behavior is often influenced by psychological and social factors, including narcissistic tendencies and social rejection, which can worsen interactions between students. The sample of this study consisted of 182 male students selected by purposive sampling. The method used was quantitative with a correlational approach, using a questionnaire instrument that measured narcissistic tendencies (NT), experiences of social rejection (ESR), and aggressive behavior (AB). Data analysis showed that narcissistic tendencies have a significant contribution to aggressive behavior, with a fairly high correlation coefficient (r = 0.374, p < 0.05). Meanwhile, social rejection also showed a significant contribution to aggressive behavior (r = 0.507, p < 0.05).  A significant contribution between narcissistic tendencies and social rejection (r = 0.524, p<0.05). These findings indicate that students with high narcissistic tendencies and experiences of social rejection tend to be more prone to exhibit aggressive behavior. The importance of psychological and social interventions in the school environment to minimize aggressive behavior and improve students' social relationships. Holistic approach strategies and social support are expected to reduce the negative impact of narcissistic tendencies and experiences of social rejection, thus creating a more conducive learning environment.
