Abstract

Pangandaran Regency has the potential for an earthquake disaster accompanied by a tsunami which occurred on July 17 2006 at 15.19 with a magnitude of 7.7, earthquake data from the USGS shows an earthquake of magnitude 5-9, there are 909 earthquake points between 1918 - 2023, 2 earthquake points above magnitude 7 (7.7 and 7.44), 18 earthquake points above magnitude 6-6.9, below magnitude 6 there were 887 earthquake points, earthquake points in the south of Pangandaran Regency were concentrated between 2 groups of locations. Raster calculation of land surface at 5 meters above sea level and 10 meters above sea level is not recommended as a location to escape for tsunami disaster mitigation, also 20 meters above sea level is not recommended unless there are no other higher areas, 30 meters above sea level is highly recommended with a note if there are higher areas it is better to shift to a higher area, because tsunami waves cannot be predicted when they hit one area, their height can be different when they hit another area, it can be calculated that the potential impact of the tsunami disaster is 90,576 buildings or houses. Several villages could be rescue locations to mitigate potential tsunami disasters in Pangandaran Regency, such as in Cimerak sub-district (Limusgede village and Cimerak village), in Cijulang sub-district (Kertayasa village and Margacinta village), in Parigi sub-district (Parakanmanggu village, Cintakarya village, Selasari village), in Sidamulih subdistrict (Kersaratu village and Kalijati village), in Pangandaran subdistrict (Pagergunung village), in Kalipucang subdistrict (Ciparakan village), in Padaherang subdistrict (Payutran village, Bojongsari village, Karangsari, Kedangwuluh, Pasirgeulis), for Mangunjaya subdistrict all areas in below 30 meters so that mitigation locations must be prepared in several border villages in Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

Dalam penegakkan hukum di Indonesia pelaksanaan mekanism kontrol terhadap pengawasan kinerja hakim dilakukan oleh Mahkamah Agung (MA) secara internal dan Komisi Yudisial (KY) secara eksternal. Sejatinya fungsi pengawasan yang dilakukan secara internal oleh mahkamah agung dapat dilaksanakan dengan maksimal, namun pada prakteknya pengawasan internal mahkamah agung ini mempunyai beberapa kelemahan. Di satu sisi wewenang KY yang hanya memberikan rekomendasi tidaklah mampu menegakkan kehormatan dan martabat hakim secara maksimal. Untuk itulah diperlukan penguatan berupa pemberian wewenang sanksi kepada KY dalam pelanggaran kode etik yang dilakukan oleh hakim. Upaya peningkatan integritas hakim sebagai penegak hukum harus beriringan dengan penguatan wewenang yang diberikan kepada Komisi Yudisial (KY) sebagai lembaga pengawas eksternal terhadap perilaku hakim. Adapun permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penulisan ini adalah bagaimana Kewenangan Mahkamah Agung dan Komisi Yudisial Dalam Pemberian Sanksi Kepada Hakim dan Bagaimana Penguatan Kewenangan Komisi Yudisial Dalam Pemberian Sanksi Terhadap Hakim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif yang menggunakan bahan pustaka atau data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran dokumendokumen dan buku ilmiah untuk mendapatkan landasan teoritis berupa bahan hukum positif yang sesuai dengan objek yang diteliti. KY dapat dilihat dari wewenangnya yang hanya sebatas memberikan rekomendasi kepada Mahkamah Agung dan tidak berwenang dalam menjatuhkan sanksi secara langsung. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan upaya peningkatan integritas hakim sebagai penegak hukum harus beriringan dengan penguatan wewenang yang diberikan kepada Komisi Yudisial (KY) sebagai lembaga pengawas eksternal terhadap perilaku hakim yang dibuktikan dengan kemampuan memberikan sanksi secara langsung terhadap hakim yang melanggar kode etik.

Abstract

This research attempts to depict a sentiment comparison of the top 5 E-commerce platforms in Indonesia by gathering the emotional tone behind sentence contents related to customer sentiments, customer experiences, and the brand reputation of E-commerce. Data were collected using Python 3.11.4 with the google-play-scraper library, extracted from user reviews/comments on each play store page of the top 5 E-commerce platforms in Indonesia. A sampling of 10,000 records was taken to form a long document term matrix (DTM) of 59,981,785 due to the limitation of CPU capacity for data matrix size. R Programming version 4.3.1 was employed for sentiment analysis in this study. It can be concluded that user comments or reviews on the top five (5) E-commerce platforms in Indonesia show positive sentences indicating user satisfaction (3664 sentences), neutral sentences indicating average user appreciation (2282 sentences), and negative sentences indicating user dissatisfaction (4054 sentences). At least with more positive and neutral sentences, it is indicated that 59.64% of E-commerce users in Indonesia express a positive opinion on the performance of the top 5 E-commerce platforms in the country.

Abstract

A comprehensive approach to optimizing User Experience (UX) through the application of Usability Testing methods in application development. The research background discusses the importance of UX in the context of modern applications and how usability testing is the key to improving the quality of user experience. An in-depth literature review was conducted to understand the concept of usability testing and identify relevant current methods. The research methodology includes a research design that combines usability testing case studies on two different applications. The testing process involves collecting data from active users using various evaluation methods, such as observation, interviews, and performance measurement. Evaluation results are analyzed to identify aspects that require improvement, with a focus on improving key aspects of UX.

Abstract

Data leakage in cloud storage systems poses a significant security threat, potentially leading to unauthorized access, loss of sensitive information, and operational disruptions. This research proposes a classification model for detecting potential data leakage incidents using the Decision Tree algorithm. The dataset, obtained from the Kaggle public repository, contains user activity logs representing both normal and anomalous behaviors in cloud storage environments. Several preprocessing steps were applied to improve model quality, including handling missing values, removing outliers, and converting categorical data into numerical form. Hyperparameter optimization was performed using GridSearchCV to determine the best configuration for the Decision Tree classifier. Experimental results demonstrate that the optimized model achieved high classification performance, with an accuracy of 70,84%, a precision of 55% for the data leakage class, and an F1-score of 40%. The analysis also highlights the significance of certain features, such as multi-factor authentication usage and access to confidential data, in predicting potential leakage events. This study provides a theoretical contribution by \establishing a robust methodology for applying Decision Tree algorithms to a novel cloud security dataset, offering a scalable and interpretable framework for automated threat detection.

Abstract

Saat ini, teknologi informasi memiliki peran yang sangat vital di berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk dunia bisnis, ekonomi, dan politik. Kehadiran teknologi sistem informasi saat ini memungkinkan pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat secara instan, memfasilitasi pengolahan data dengan lebih mudah, akurat, efektif, dan efisien. Meskipun demikian, perkembangan teknologi juga telah disalahgunakan oleh sejumlah pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, mengakibatkan kasus-kasus peretasan, penipuan, dan kejahatan siber yang menimpa individu, perusahaan, dan instansi pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji keamanan website Unit Penjamin Mutu Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Medan menggunakan metode Vulnerability Assessment, dengan menggunakan alat pemindaian kerentanan seperti Owasp ZAP. Penelitian menganalisis perlunya keamanan dalam menghadapi tantangan kejahatan siber yang semakin kompleks. Dengan memfokuskan pada metode Vulnerability Assessment dan menggunakan alat-alat seperti Owasp ZAP diharapkan dapat teridentifikasi dan diperbaiki potensi kerentanan website Unit Penjamin Mutu Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara Medan. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam melindungi integritas dan keamanan data, mencegah potensi ancaman siber, dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan perlunya perlindungan informasi dalam lingkungan digital yang terus berkembang.
