Abstract

Abstract

The fashion industry, driven by rapidly shifting e-commerce trends and consumer preferences, demands precise data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. This study utilizes data mining techniques, specifically K-Means Clustering and the Elbow Method, to reveal consumer preferences within a dataset of 1,000 fashion product sales records, which include attributes such as product ID, name, brand, category, price, rating, color, and size. By grouping data into distinct clusters based on price and rating preferences, the analysis uncovers four key consumer segments. The optimal number of clusters is confirmed using the WCSS (Within-Cluster Sum of Square) method. These insights offer valuable guidance for refining marketing strategies in the fashion industry. Future research should consider additional variables and employ advanced tools for deeper analysis.

Abstract

The primary challenge faced by fleet managers in mining companies is the lack of sufficient visibility and control over their fleet operations. Without accurate, real-time information about the location, status, and performance of vehicles, companies may struggle to optimize routes, maintain fleet safety, and provide quality service to customers. Firm measures and strict supervision are necessary to ensure the continuity of mining product distribution. Therefore, a web-based application was designed to address these issues. In designing the web-based vehicle tracking application that aligns with user needs, the design thinking method was employed because this method places users at the core, ensuring that the resulting prototype truly meets users' needs and preferences. The prototype was then implemented as a web-based application using Vue.js and the OpenLayers Library to produce an application consisting of a login page, dashboard, vehicle tracking, device management, master data, violation, and reports that meet user needs based on acceptance criteria tested using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) method, thereby becoming a solution to users' needs.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology requires improved competencies among educators, including teachers at Raudhatul Athfal (RA), to optimize the learning process. This community service program aims to enhance the skills of RA teachers in utilizing Google Workspaces and to introduce the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools, specifically ChatGPT, in the development of teaching materials. The methods employed include needs assessment through observation and interviews, module development, hands-on training, practical sessions for creating digital learning materials, and evaluation through questionnaires. The activity was conducted at the RA Al Hidayah Hall in Pangandaran, with the participation of 47 teachers. The results of the questionnaire evaluations and participant feedback showed a significant improvement in the participants' ability to use digital platforms to support innovative learning. This program demonstrates that practice-based training is efficacious in improving the digital literacy of RA teachers and has the potential to be replicated in other regions to support the transformation of early childhood education.
