Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain model penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM produksi mebel. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pemilik usaha dan studi literatur yang berfokus pada aktivitas produksi mebel dan pencatatan keuangan, serta berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan penyusunan laporan keuangan serta standar akuntansi yang berlaku (SAK EMKM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan elemen pembentuk laporan keuangan dibangun berdasarkan aktivitas usaha dan transaksi keuangannya. Pada elemen konsep, transaksi keuangan dan data pendukung lainnya diklasifikasikan ke dalam elemen laporan keuangan berdasarkan SAK EMKM yang menggambarkan karakteristik usaha UMKM dimana hanya terdiri dari aset, ekuitas, pendapatan, dan beban. Elemen proses menggambarkan proses penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sederhana dimulai dari bukti transaksi sampai menghasilkan laporan keuangan. Desain penyusunan laporan keuangan dibuat secara sederhana, hasil penelitian ini memperkaya konsep penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM serta berkontribusi praktis bagi entitas lainnya yang bergerak di bidang produksi mebel di Indonesia.

Abstract

Catalase (CAT) is an antioxidant enzyme that plays an important role in plant growht and defense against abiotic stress, one of which is rice (Oryza sativa). When plants are under abiotic stress conditions, the CAT gene will be regulated and expressed as a form of defense response to stress. To determine the expression of this CAT gene, optimal primers and annealing temperatures are needed to spesifically amplify the CAT gene. This study aims to design primers and determine the optimal annealing temperatures to amplify the CAT gene. Primers are designed using the tools pick primer, primer BLAST and geneious prime. Primers are designed in silico and must meet the ideal primer criteria because they will be used in vitro. Optimization of the annealing temperature was carried out using a PCR temperature gradient. The results of this study obtained a pair of primers, namely forward primer 5’-ATAAGTAGGGCGGTGTGTGG-3’ with a primer length of 20 bp, and reverse primer 5’-GCGAGTTGTTGTTGTTCCATAC-3’ with a primer length 22 bp. This primer pair produces a 185 bp amplicon in the Oryza sativa CAT gene. The optimum annealing temperature for this primer pair is 60ºC.

Abstract

Biofertilizer merupakan pupuk organik yang mengandung mikroorganisme yang keberadaannya bisa tunggal atau berupa gabungan beberapa jenis yang disebut dengan konsorsium. Biofertilizer dapat berasal dari kelompok PGPR dan PGPF. Salah satu PGPF yang telah dilaporkan sejauh ini adalah Trichoderma. Trichoderna dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman seperti daya kecambah benih, tinggi bibit tanaman padi. Selama ini medium untuk pertumbuhan Trichoderma di Laboratorium adalah PDA. Di samping itu ada beberapa medium lainnya yang dapat digunakan dan salah satunya adalah Jagung. Jagung merupakan medium alternatif yang mengandung nutrisi dan mendukung pertumbuhan Trichoderma, meskipun demikian daya simpan pada medium jagung masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian parafin terhadap jumlah spora dan lama simpan Trichoderma asperellum pada medium cair berbahan dasar jagung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah penambahan konsentrasi parafin 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% dan 100%. Data berupa jumlah spora masing-masing konsentrasi pada umur simpan 45 hari yang dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA pada taraf 5% dan uji lanjut dengan DNMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata jumlah spora berkisar sekitar 2,16 x106 /mL hingga 7,44x106 /mL. Rata-rata spora tertinggi terdapat pada konsentrasi 40%. Berdasarkan analisis data, pemberian konsentrasi parafin pada media berbahan dasar jagung mempengaruhi jumlah spora Trichoderma asperellum dan lama simpannya.

Abstract

Mahasiswa perlu memiliki perencanaan karir sehingga mereka memiliki panduan yang jelas dalam mencapai kesuksesan karir. Namun realitanya masih terdapat mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki perencanaan karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perfeksionisme dan efikasi diri terhadap perencanaan karir mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 124 mahasiswa yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Selanjutnya pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi sederhana dan berganda. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perencanaan karir dan efikasi diri mahasiswa berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan perfeksionisme pada kategori rendah. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa perfeksionisme dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap perencanaan karir. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin rendah perfeksionisme dan tingginya efikasi diri maka akan berdampak terhadap baiknya perencanaan karir mahasiswa. Studi ini memiliki implikasi penting untuk meningkatkan perencanaan karir mahasiswa dengan cara mengelola perfeksionisme dan meningkatkan efikasi diri. Abstract

Various food sources and herbal plants are rich in Vitamin C, a crucial antioxidant. One such plant is Banto grass, which belongs to the Poaceae family and is commonly used as an herbal drink in many communities. It contains active compounds known for their healing and disease-prevention properties. This study aimed to evaluate the levels of vitamin C in Banto grass extract using different solvents. The research followed a descriptive approach and used UV-Vis Spectrophotometry as the analytical method. The findings showed that the vitamin C content varied significantly in Banto grass extracts prepared with distilled water, ethanol, and methanol solvents. The extract prepared with methanol had the highest vitamin C content of 4,030 ppm, which was more than the eco-enzyme water extract that contained 4,030 ppm of vitamin C. However, the extracts prepared with distilled water and ethanol solvents had lower vitamin C levels of 2,507 ppm and 3,687 ppm, respectively. This research highlights the potential of Banto grass as a rich source of vitamin C, which is essential for collagen formation, wound healing, and antioxidant activity, leading to faster wound healing and optimal tissue repair.

Abstract

Tomato (Solanum Lycopersicum L.) is a horticultural plant from the Solanaceae family that has potential as a vegetable. Tomatoes can grow in various land conditions, both in highlands and lowlands. However, the production of this plant has not been optimal in meeting the needs of the community recently due to various environmental factors. To adapt to different environmental stress conditions, it is important to understand how the plant responds, particularly the morphological responses of tomato leaves in various environmental conditions.This research was conducted from September 2024 to January 2025 in Kamang Magek and the city of Padang. The research method is experimental, comparing the morphological characteristics of tomato leaves, including leaf length and width, petiole length, and the number of leaf veins. The data were analyzed using a t-test at a 5% significance level.The results show that the morphological characteristics of tomato leaves exhibit significant differences in terms of leaf length and width between Kamang Magek and the city of Padang. The average leaf length in Kamang Magek is about 55.5 cm, while in the city of Padang, it is 25.60 cm. The average leaf width in Kamang Magek is approximately 23.30 cm, whereas in the city of Padang, it is 22.95 cm. However, when considering petiole length and the number of leaf veins, no significant differences were observed between the city of Padang and Kamang Magek.

Abstract

This research aims to produce student worksheet based on SSCS (Search, Solve, Create and Share). This type of research is development research using the Plomp model. The development stage of this model starts from the initial investigation stage, the development or prototyping stage, and the assessment stage. The instruments used in this development research were teacher questionnaire sheets, student response questionnaire sheets, self-evaluation sheets, and SSCS-based LKPD validation sheets (Search, Solve, Create and Share) by experts, as well as SSCS-based LKPD practicality assessment sheets (Search, Solve, Create and Share) which is filled in by teachers and students. The results showed that the SSCS-based LKPD (Search, Solve, Create and Share) was very valid with a score of 86.31%. The practicality assessment of student assessment in field trials (group evaluation) with a score of 92.00% with very practical criteria, and the practicality assessment by the teacher obtained a score of 96.00% with very practical criteria. It can be concluded that the LKPD based on SSCS (Search, Solve, Create and Share) that has been developed is included in the category of very valid and very practical.

Abstract

The development of Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on a scientific approach to material on the human circulation system and digestive system is based on the teaching materials used at SMA Negeri 16 Padang in the form of Student Worksheets (LKPD). The LKPD is not complete in terms of components or in terms of LKPD elements. The LKPD used only takes the form of sheets containing questions, and does not use an approach that contains activities or learning steps so that it cannot train students' science process skills. This research aims to produce LKPD based on a scientific approach to material on the human circulation system and digestive system that is valid, practical and effective to improve students' science process skills. This research is development research using the Plomp model which consists of three stages, namely preliminary research phase, development or prototyping phase and assessment phase.   The results of the LKPD validity test by the validator obtained a value of 84.67% with very valid criteria.   The results of the LKPD practicality test obtained a score of 90.74% by teachers and 88.30% by students with very practical criteria. The results of the T-test showed differences in values between the experimental and control classes with a significance of 0.000 each in the circulatory system and digestive system material. It can be concluded that LKPD based on a scientific approach is very valid, very practical and effective in improving science process skills.
