Abstract

This research aims to analyze curriculum management at Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al Islamiyah in preparing quality teachers. The research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that at the planning stage, the curriculum is designed based on the needs of Islamic education and labor market demands. The curriculum implementation involves innovative and participatory teaching methods, as well as the strengthening of the religious and professional competencies of teachers. Evaluations are conducted periodically to assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and teacher performance. Curriculum development is carried out by integrating feedback from evaluations and the latest developments in education and technology. This study concludes that the structured and adaptive curriculum management at Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah plays a significant role in preparing quality teachers who possess strong religious competencies and are capable of competing in the modern education landscape.

Abstract

Kajian ini menganalisis sinergi fungsi planning (perencanaan) dan organizing (pengorganisasian) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas program pendidikan Islam di MTS Muhammadiyah Pontren Imam Syuhodo. Penelitian bertujuan menguraikan implementasi kedua fungsi manajemen tersebut, tingkat efektivitas program yang dihasilkan, serta bentuk harmonisasi di antara keduanya. Secara konseptual, kajian berpijak pada kerangka POAC yang menempatkan perencanaan sebagai penentu arah strategis lembaga dan pengorganisasian sebagai dasar struktural pelaksanaan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan disusun secara partisipatif melalui rapat kerja tahunan yang menghasilkan RKS, RKT, serta rencana semester berbasis evaluasi program sebelumnya. Pengorganisasian berjalan efektif melalui struktur yang jelas, pembagian tugas sesuai kompetensi, SOP unit kerja, serta penguatan nilai Islami seperti amanah dan disiplin. Efektivitas program tercermin pada capaian akademik yang stabil, konsistensi pembiasaan keagamaan, peningkatan kedisiplinan, dan terciptanya iklim sekolah religius. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan perubahan kurikulum dan dinamika digital, harmonisasi perencanaan dan pengorganisasian terbukti menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan program pendidikan Islam yang terarah, terstruktur, dan berkelanjutan.
