Abstract

This research aims to discuss the crucial role of analysing the National Education Report Card as an instrument of education quality management. The focus is on the importance of consistency in deciphering report card data to evaluate student, teacher and overall education policy performance. Through this approach, the article illustrates how appropriate analyses can provide an in-depth view of education trends, identify potential improvements, and support data-driven decision-making. The report also highlights the impact of consistency in research on the efficiency of the national education system, providing a basis for developing more effective strategies to improve learning quality sustainably.

Abstract

Abstract

The way to increase heat transfer is to use nanofluids and expand the heat transfer area. This research studied the thermal performance, convection heat change coefficient, and pressure drop in a double pipe heat exchanger experimentally in a vertically arranged helical microfin tube heat exchanger. Hot water flows on the side of the annulus. In contrast, nanofluid CuO/distilled water concentration of 0.05 vol% flows laminarly in the inner pipe of the microfin tube with cross-flow and parallel-flow arrangements. The result is convection heat transfer coefficient enhancement and thermal performance factor compared to the base fluid. Counter flow improves heat transfer better than parallel flow. This research contributes to the use of helical microfin and nanofluids to increase heat transfer in heat exchangers used in industrial processes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Democratic Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Rewards influence employee loyalty at the Yogyakarta City Fire and Rescue Department. The saturated sampling methodology was used in this quantitative research analysis. All 54 employees were included in the research sample. One of the analysis techniques used was regression analysis. The research findings indicate that (1) job loyalty is not influenced by democratic leadership style, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant impact on job loyalty, and (3) rewards have a positive but insignificant impact on job loyalty. The F-test analysis of the research yielded the following findings: (4) Democratic leadership style, work motivation, and rewards all have a simultaneous impact on job loyalty. Based on the research findings, organizations are encouraged to adopt a more democratic and participatory leadership style, enhance employee work motivation, and reassess reward structures to maintain and foster employee job loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, workload, and compensation on the performance of employees of the Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (Disperindag DIY). This study uses a quantitative approach based on a questionnaire using a Likert scale ranging from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). The technique used was a census, so that the entire population of 69 people became respondents in this study. The data obtained was then processed using SmartPLS4 software applying the Partial Least Square (PLS) and Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methods. The results revealed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Compensation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The findings from this study can be a source of theoretical contribution for further development for researchers who want to investigate employee performance. In addition, this study can also be a practical reference that can be used by companies as a basis for developing policies that focus on improving employee performance.
