Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil bidang layanan bimbingan konseling di sebuah lembaga pendidikan, dengan memperhatikan frekuensi dan distribusi peserta didik dalam setiap bidang layanan. Data diperoleh dari 844 peserta didik melalui survei yang membagi bidang layanan menjadi empat kategori: Pribadi, Sosial, Belajar, dan Karir. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 31,28% peserta didik membutuhkan pelayanan bimbingan pribadi, menyoroti kepentingan besar pada aspek kesejahteraan emosional dan manajemen stres. Bidang layanan sosial memiliki presentase yang lebih rendah (14,10%), mengindikasikan potensi untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan sosial dan keterampilan interpersonal peserta didik. Bidang layanan belajar menonjol dengan presentase 24,17%, menunjukkan kebutuhan yang signifikan untuk pengembangan strategi pembelajaran dan peningkatan keterampilan akademik. Sementara itu, bidang layanan karir menarik perhatian sebanyak 30,45%, menandakan minat tinggi dalam panduan karir, pemilihan jalur karir, dan persiapan ke dunia kerja. Implikasi temuan ini menyoroti urgensi untuk mengembangkan program bimbingan konseling yang lebih terfokus, mencakup penguatan aspek-aspek pribadi, sosial, dan belajar. Rekomendasi mencakup perluasan program kesejahteraan emosional, merangsang keterlibatan sosial, meningkatkan strategi pembelajaran, dan pengembangan program karir. Dengan merespons temuan ini, lembaga pendidikan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan bimbingan konseling mereka, memastikan pemenuhan kebutuhan peserta didik secara holistik.

Abstract

Banten is a province with a fairly high potential for natural disasters. Natural disasters can cause trauma. Trauma if not handled properly will cause Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and even spread across generations. The handling of trauma and the impact of natural disasters that is quite effective in Indonesian society is school/education-based because all Indonesian citizens experience the learning process at various levels. Teachers must be prepared to handle child trauma as part of disaster mitigation. This study aims to map the condition of teacher readiness in dealing with traumatized children as part of a more comprehensive disaster mitigation effort. This study used a survey method with a sample of 100 teachers who were taken accidentally when school-based disaster management skills training activities were held. The research data were processed descriptively. The results of the study showed that the calling home indicator data was at 75% and was in the good category, relation building at 85% or in the very good category, emergency at 67% was in the good category, school trauma at 40% was in the sufficient category, and finally Assessment 15% was in the very poor category.
