Abstract

In today's digital era, electronic trading platforms such as live shopping have become increasingly popular as a primary sales channel for many businesses. Live shopping combines elements of interactivity and immediacy, allowing sellers to communicate in real-time with potential buyers. This study aims to investigate the impact of negotiation techniques used during live shopping sessions on the Shopee platform on increasing sales. Using a quantitative approach, this research collected data from 100 sellers who actively used live shopping on Shopee for six months. The negotiation techniques analyzed include tactics such as limited-time offers, progressive discounts, and responsive direct interactions. The results of the statistical analysis indicate that the effective use of negotiation techniques significantly increases sales volumes. This research provides new insights for online sellers on how to optimize their sales strategies and suggests that training in negotiation techniques should be an integral part of the seller's preparation to maximize their sales potential on live shopping platforms.

Abstract

Although the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states that the state recognizes and respects customary law communities, its recognition is conditional on customary law communities in managing their natural resources, especially in the status of certain forest areas. This paper examines how the role of customary forests in social forestry schemes provides space and access to customary law communities in natural resource management. The results of the study show that the ratification of the Decree (SK) of Customary Forests in the social forestry scheme is able to provide legitimacy to indigenous peoples in managing natural resources in accordance with their local wisdom and also have an impact on strengthening customary practices in the management of their natural resources

Abstract

Cultural wealth is an asset that cannot be separated from the identity of indigenous peoples and must be preserved. Currently, juvenile delinquency poses a risk to cultural wealth, whether it pertains to sacred matters, culture, or other forms of cultural wealth. In the Criminal Accountability System for Children in Conflict with the Law (ABH), children can be held responsible through a more restorative justice approach in its resolution. This paper examines the application of customary criminal law to children as perpetrators of the destruction of cultural wealth, viewed from the perspective of customary criminal law. The study results indicate that the application of customary criminal law to children who destroy cultural wealth can be held accountable according to the customary rules where they committed the offense, and the penalty will depend on the decision made by the customary leader/institution regarding the actions causing damage to cultural wealth.
