Abstract

Rendahnya kompetensi kepemimpinan guru PAI mengakibatkan tidak maksimalnya kegiatan pembelajaran dan pengorganisasian komunitas sekolah. Guru PAI hanya berperan dalam kelas tanpa partisipasi lebih luas sehingga menyebabkan hilangnya teladan kepemimpinan di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui relevansi kepemimpinan Muhammad Al-Fatih dengan kompetensi kepemimpinan guru PAI. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa guru PAI hendaknya memiliki kemampuan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran yang efektif, mampu menjadi teladan dan memiliki perilaku akhlak mulia, memiliki kemampuan manajemen organisasi, memiliki kemampuan sebagai inovator, motivator, fasilitator, dan pembimbing peserta didik, serta dapat menjaga, mengendalikan, dan mengarahkan pembiasaan pengamalan ajaran agama Islam dan mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai beragama bagi peserta didik.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic religious education in SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta, including changes in curriculum, teaching methods, and social interaction, to create inclusive and responsive education towards cultural and religious diversity. Design/methods/approach – This study is qualitative research involving school principals, Islamic teachers, students, and parents of students at SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta as research subjects. Data were collected through participatory observation to understand school interactions and document analysis for understanding Islamic curriculum and religious materials. Findings – The research showed significant results in the transformation of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta in the context of multiculturalism. The results revealed the relevant application of inclusive learning methods and Islamic religious education (PAI) materials. It comprised the integration of Quranic verses that emphasize faith and tolerance, as well as the expansion of fiqh material to include aspects of fiqh siyasah that respect ethnic, cultural, and religious diversity. Moreover, moral (akhlaq) learning was focused on understanding good behavior towards various entities, including Allah, Apostles, fellow human beings, oneself, and the environment, which contributed to the formation of the foundations of nationhood. The Islamic Cultural History (SKI) material was also adapted to provide practical examples in a multicultural context. These results confirm that schools have taken concrete steps to adjust Islamic religious education to the needs of a modern multicultural society. Research implications/limitations – Future research may conduct comparative studies in other schools, evaluate the long-term impact of multicultural approaches, examine the role of communities and parents, develop curriculum and pedagogy, and analyze the role of teachers and school collaboration strategies in supporting multicultural Islamic religious education. Originality/value – The transformation of Islamic religious education at SMA Negeri 9 Yogyakarta has succeeded in creating an inclusive and harmonious environment amidst religious diversity. This can make a positive contribution to shaping the attitude of tolerance and harmony between religious communities among students.

Abstract

Previous research and related research are very important in a research paper and academic paper. Previous or related research serves to strengthen theories and phenomena regarding the relationship and influence between variables. This article discusses the factors that influence Wild Animal Hazard Management, namely Wild Animal Hazard Prevention in Support of Aviation Safety, and Wild Animal Control Problem Solving. The purpose of this article is to propose hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that will be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are:  1)Prevention of Wild Animal Hazards in Supporting Aviation Safety affects the Application of Wild Animal Hazard Management which aims to reduce the risk of a)attack or disturbance from wild animals; b).screening; c)evaluating while still preserving their population; d)minimizing conflicts between humans and wild animals;  2) Wild Animal Control Problem Solving affects the Application of Wild Animal Hazard Management which requires a series of actions and strategies to address situations when wild animals pose a threat or hazard to people and human activities. Abstract

This study aims to identify various types of hazards found in the Apron of Juanda International Airport Surabaya and analyze their impact on flight operational safety. The apron is a vital area in aviation activities because it is a parking lot for aircraft, the process of boarding and dropping passengers, loading and unloading cargo, and light maintenance activities. The existence of potential hazards in this area can have a direct effect on flight safety if not handled properly. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through field observations, interviews with apron officers, and documentation during the implementation of On The Job Training. The data obtained is then analyzed to identify potential hazards and evaluate the level of risk. The results of the study show that there are still hazard findings in the apron area, including Foreign Object Damage (FOD) in the form of foreign objects that have the potential to damage aircraft engines, oil or fuel spills that can cause fires, the presence of wild animals in the aircraft movement area, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) that is parked out of place so as to interfere with aircraft movement, and marshalls who do not use Complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).  This problem is caused by the weak supervision of the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit and the low awareness of personnel in implementing a work safety culture. Based on these findings, the author prepared mitigation measures in accordance with the guidelines of Doc 9859 AN/474 concerning the Safety Management Manual, including increasing supervision, enforcing safety standards, and periodic training for all apron personnel. It is hoped that the results of this study can be an evaluation reference for airport management to strengthen the supervision system, reduce the risk of accidents in the apron area, and build a better and sustainable work safety culture.

Abstract

Efisiensi Operasional Bandar Udara yang menjadi fenomena penerbangan saat ini perlu dilakukan penelitian yang relevan. Penelitian relevan yang dimaksud memiliki fungsi untuk menyoroti terkait teori dan fenomena yang berhubungan atau berpepengaruh antar variable, dengan menggunakan studi literatur yang dilakukan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai referensi dan penelitian terkait pengelolaan dan efisiensi operasional Bandar Udara, guna memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi Efisiensi Operasional Bandara, seperti Ketersediaan dan Kualitas Infrastruktur Fisik, Lalu Lintas Udara dan Penjadwalan Penerbangan, serta Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi faktor - faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional transportasi udara yang khususnya di lingkungan bandara. Fokus utama nya pada 1). Infrastruktur Fisik, 2). Manajemen Lalu Lintas Udara serta 3). Sumber Daya Manusia dalam menghadapi tantangan operasional bandara. Berdasarkan pada analisis faktor - faktor tersebut diharapkan artikel ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, kecepatan, dan kualitas sektor transportasi udara dalam rangka mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan mobilitas masyarakat.

Abstract

The aspect of hospitality service at airports is very important to create a safe and comfortable travel experience. Minangkabau International Airport has experienced an increase in the number of passengers, so the quality of service, especially by security personnel, needs to be improved. However, there are still complaints from passengers regarding the unprofessional and non-responsive attitudes of the personnel. In fact, these interactions play a crucial role in shaping passengers' perceptions. This research uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25 to see the impact of hospitality service by security personnel on passenger satisfaction. The results show that good service significantly increases passenger satisfaction, with a contribution of 49%. The significance value < 0.05 proves a positive influence between the two variables. This finding emphasizes that the hospitality aspect of security personnel plays an important role in enhancing passenger satisfaction. However, consistent and fair treatment still needs to be improved. Some suggested improvements include human resources training, enhancement of the complaint system, addition of hospitality aspects in SOPs, monitoring and evaluation programs, as well as further research.

Abstract

Kepuasan penumpang di bandara sangatlah penting. Kepuasan penumpang dalam proses check-in adalah salah satu hal yang diperhatikan. Metode check-in sendiri dapat dilakukan di check-in counter maupun self check-in. Self check-in merupakan metode yang mempermudah penumpang tanpa harus mengantre panjang karena terbatasnya petugas di check-in counter. Dalam metode check-in ini memerlukan kualitas system yang baik. Kualitas system adalah sebuah system yang bekerja dan mengeluarkan output yang baik sehingga memuaskan pengguna system. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kepuasan penggunaan mesin self check-in. Mesin self check-in yang efisien memungkinkan penumpang untuk menyelesaikan proses check-in dengan cepat, mudah, dan tanpa hambatan. Kualitas system(x1) dan Penggunaan mesin self check-in(x2) berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan penumpang(Y). Dengan demikian, penumpang sangat puas dengan sistem dan penggunaan mesin self check-in di bandara yang efisien karena memberikan pengalaman check-in yang nyaman, cepat, dan tanpa hambatan, serta memberikan mereka kontrol penuh atas proses tersebut.

Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Peningkatan Kepuasan Layanan Pelanggan di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta, yaitu Optimalisasi Penerapan Standar Operating Prosedur dan Pembaharuan pada fasilitas pendukung operasional pada Petugas Aviation Security suatu studi literatur Aviation Security. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Optimalisasi Penerapan Standard Operating Procedure pada Petugas Aviation Security berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Kepuasan Layanan Pelanggan di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta; dan 2) Pembaharuan pada fasilitas pendukung operasional Petugas Aviation Security berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Kepuasan Layanan Pelanggan di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta.
