Abstract

Transportation or people travel, this term used by Gugug Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 is people mobility from area to another area with administrative boundry as province/district/city and arrival form abroad (repatriation) enter the territory of Republikc of Indonesia by using prival vehicle or public transport land/railways/sea and by air. The provisons of land transportation and air transportation to be regulated for the effort of Covid-19 accelartion handling be realized and in other hands the piepole mobility still on going for the purpose of the run of economics. How this can be run side by side ?. of course there are a matters to be adjust, for example about behavior of trasnportaion service user that shall be adjust to new protocol in pandemic periode that different with normal behavior. From transportation operator side also adjust required, Beside of new protocol how to embark and disembark people the capacity of transportation vehicle adjust required also and can not be used according to manufacturer spesifications. This matter not so easy for the user or transportation operator relating to investment and operational of trasnprtation operator. In this community service focused to how to reached equilibrium between pandemic handling effort and the economy from land transportation and air transportation point of view.

Abstract

This research was conducted through the literature review method, by finding references in accordance with the research context. The purpose of this research is to summarize the current findings and provide an overview of how higher education institutions pursue academic excellence and industry relevance amid global challenges. The results revealed that higher education institutions are implementing innovations such as multidisciplinary curricula, expanded use of online learning, and university-industry collaboration initiatives to promote research and development. The research found that success in supporting excellence and relevance depends on institutions' ability to strategically adapt to external changes and utilize technological advances for innovative and responsive educational development. The implications include the need for dynamic policies and resource utilization to support an academic environment that encourages students' intellectual growth and professional competence.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the central issues faced in the integration of technology and collaborative learning in transforming higher education in the 21st century. The research method used is literature review. The findings in this study confirm that technology integration and collaborative learning have great potential in supporting the transformation of higher education, but there are several barriers that need to be overcome. First, the gap in access to technology is still evident among students from various economic and geographical backgrounds. Second, the issue of digital literacy among educators and students, which often does not keep pace with the technological advancements used in learning, requires more intensive and sustainable training programs. Third, data security and privacy issues that arise with the use of digital platforms, requiring stronger policy frameworks and more effective implementation of security technologies. Fourth, challenges in the design of effective assessments to measure collaborative learning outcomes and integrated technologies. This research suggests increased access to technology, better digital literacy training, stronger privacy policies, and the development of new assessment methods as key steps to optimize learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penanganan wildlife hazard dalam upaya meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Juwata Tarakan. Permasalahan hewan liar seperti burung, biawak, dan anjing yang sering memasuki kawasan sisi udara berpotensi mengancam keselamatan penerbangan dan mengakibatkan kerusakan pesawat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, studi kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Data utama diperoleh dari Wildlife Hazard Report Air Traffic Services Logbook UPBU Juwata Tarakan serta wawancara dengan pihak pengelola bandara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanganan bahaya hewan liar di UPBU Juwata Tarakan belum berjalan optimal. Faktor penyebab utama meliputi kondisi fisik bandara seperti pagar perimeter yang tidak tertutup rapat, adanya genangan air, vegetasi liar, serta belum tersedianya alat pengusir hewan khusus. Penanganan yang dilakukan masih bersifat reaktif dan belum berbasis pada sistem manajemen bahaya hewan liar yang terencana. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan diperlukan peningkatan pengawasan rutin, perbaikan fasilitas fisik, pengadaan alat pengusir hewan liar, serta koordinasi lintas instansi guna mendukung implementasi Wildlife Hazard Management secara efektif.

Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Peningkatan Kepuasan Layanan Pelanggan di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta, yaitu Optimalisasi Penerapan Standar Operating Prosedur dan Pembaharuan pada fasilitas pendukung operasional pada Petugas Aviation Security suatu studi literatur Aviation Security. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) Optimalisasi Penerapan Standard Operating Procedure pada Petugas Aviation Security berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Kepuasan Layanan Pelanggan di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta; dan 2) Pembaharuan pada fasilitas pendukung operasional Petugas Aviation Security berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Kepuasan Layanan Pelanggan di Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta.
