Abstract

Tourism It is the most important sector to make the largest contribution to improving conditions in Indonesia. With the development of the privatization of government and the potential of those in Indonesia it will require the responsibility and the role of the central and local governments to work together to preserve and preserve each tourist attraction in their locality to remain an option of tourist destination. The study focused on identifying potential tourism based analyses on the island of Makalehi district of Sitaro province of North Sulawesi. The study aims to identify and explain the potential for tourism on the island of Makalehi using swot seta analysis approaches to analyze swot's results on the island of Makalehi district of sitaro province of Sulawesi. The method used was a descriptive qualitative study, the necessary data analysis technique that was one of the methods used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that led to the discovery of data in the field such as interviews, observations, librarian study and documentation. The study shows that Makalehi district in Sitaro province of North Sulawesi is a potential in Makalehi island and much more to improve, the weaknesses of Makalehi island have hamstrunged every economic legionnaire even in tourism, but the chances of investors can increase any of the support facilities in tourism such as inns, Cafes and restaurants to reduce any existing threats from outside Makalehi island so that they can serve as the economic boosters of Sitaro district especially on Makalehi island.

Abstract

Ecotourism is a sustainable tourism development concept that aims to support environmental conservation efforts and increase community participation. The current management system for ecotourism activities in Bahoi village is not optimal. Collection of fees and marketing of ecotourism products to the wider community has not gone well. Several facilities supporting ecotourism activities have begun to be damaged and destruction of mangroves by the community around Bahoi village is still occurring to this day and ecotourism activities currently only focus on marine tourism. The development of mangrove forest ecotourism areas provides economic benefits for local communities, but its management requires cooperation between the community and the government. Arranging ecotourism areas, adding and improving infrastructure supporting ecotourism activities, and marketing systems and management systems for mangrove forest ecotourism areas are the main objectives of researchers in this research. The research was carried out in August-December 2018, data collection methods were carried out by direct observation in the field (observation), interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative methods. Namely determining the model and strategy for developing the mangrove forest ecotourism area in Bahoi village. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is a need for good management planning in developing mangrove forest ecotourism areas in order to improve the local community's economy. In addition, people's concern for the environment will increase.

Abstract

Lumintang Beach is a beach tourism that offers a very charming sea view and very beautiful white sand mixed with black so that it has its own attraction for visitors who come, however, marine tourism at Lumintang Beach has not been managed optimally, for this reason, it is necessary Research was conducted to analyze the potential and calculate the marine tourism suitability index at Lumintang Beach. The aim of this research is to measure the suitability index and analyze the potential for marine tourism at Lumintang Beach. The type of research used is a combination method or mixed method between qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained in this research provide opportunities for development which can be seen from the results of calculating the suitability of tourism for snorkeling, diving, fishing fishing and seagrass tourism. Lumintang Beach is very suitable and suitable for diving tourism, snorkeling tourism, seagrass tourism, fishing tourism and has the potential to become a marine tourism area.

Abstract

Hotels are one of the main destinations for guests not only because of the management used but the service strategy for guests is very important, namely how to impress customers with the service provided by employees. The question for us is whether it is true that the level of customer comfort and satisfaction is determined by hotel class? That the higher the class of the hotel, the more satisfied customers are? The question above can be said to be correct and it can also be said to be wrong, because it can be said that one of the factors that plays the most role in customer satisfaction and comfort is the service they receive when using hotel facilities, so in this case it can be said that the completeness of hotel facilities and service support provided The goodwill of the employees will have a good impact on customer satisfaction and the image of the hotel itself in the eyes of customers. In North Morowali Regency itself there are several inns, hotels and motels which are still lacking in terms of service.

Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to analyze the influence of bellboy service on guest satisfaction at Manado Novotel Hotel. In this research, the writer used a quantitative research method with two kinds of sources in collecting the data. That is the primary source and secondary source. In an analysis of this research, the writer used a simple linear regression formula. The primary data was derived from the questionnaire’s distribution to the sample of 30 respondents who were hotel guests in the Manado Novotel Hotel. The secondary data was derived from various internet sources, books, and journals. The result of this research shows that the quality of service has a significant impact on guest satisfaction both variables have a positive and powerful impact. When the quality of service increases, so will guest satisfaction.

Abstract

Marketing or marketing is inseparable from the term Marketing Mix which includes (Place, Product, Price, Primotion) or 4Ps. Pinkuer is one of the products that has a selling value for the welfare of local people, especially saguer farmers in Minahasa. With Pinkuer, local people can further improve the quality of Saguer which will affect turnover or income and can cultivate sugar palm plants which have long been a typical plant of the people of North Sulawesi or better known as (Seho Trees). Attractive and quality packaging can add value to the product and increase market competitiveness. With a new product to raise the name of an area then how to promote it. Like wise with the way of presentation or packaging that is as creative as possible in order to increase sales levels, to be more competitive with other beverage products.

Abstract

Marketing strategies are used to increase sales of products being marketed, the development of a popular culture also requires entrepreneurs to be able to carry out various innovations in the field of marketing not only in terms of food but also as a means of satisfying curiosity about popular culture experienced by consumers. The Kimbab culinary product with cakalang fufu woku dishes is a new product that is made as a characteristic of North Sulawesi and makes this Manadonese food sought after and liked by many people. In this way, a marketing strategy is needed to promote culinary products to the public so that they can enjoy Kimbab products, Korean specialties with local flavors typical of North Sulawesi. 2) find out how the marketing strategy for kimbab products uses North Sulawesi special spices, woku cakalang fufu, in increasing regional culinary tourism potential.
