Abstract

The implementation of the coaching carried out by Prison for the inmates often becomes not optimal due to the complexity of the problems that occur within Prison. One of the root causes of issues at Prison is overcapacity. This paper then tries to see by analyzing the nature of narcotics crime as a particular crime and Indonesia's role in overcoming narcotics crime. Then also visit and explore the implications of overcapacity in Prison and concepts that can be applied to prevent overcapacity in Prison. The research method used in this paper is a normative juridical research method, with the data source used being secondary data obtained through library research. The study results indicate that narcotics crime as a particular crime is transnational and involves international crime organizations. Indonesia's role in overcoming narcotics crime can be seen from the regulation in Law Number 35 of 2009. In this regulation, sellers and dealers are given a high penalty, even death. Sentences should not be given to those who are called victims or addicts. The implications of overcapacity in Prison can result in non-optimal coaching due to the complexity of the problems that occur in Prison. Overcapacity is one of the root causes of issues at Prison. For this reason, it is necessary to apply a concept to prevent overcapacity from occurring in Prison by providing rehabilitation as a form of using restorative justice.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn educational institutions, both schools and educational foundations have formulated and implemented a code of ethics for students, a system of norms, values and written professional rules that explicitly state what is right and good and what is not good for professionals. and also the values of Pancasila. But in reality, there is still a lack of awareness of students to obey existing regulations. And parents also blame educational institutions for the moral decline of students. Therefore, efforts are needed to restore these conditions, by teaching and reminding students of the importance of learning the values of Pancasila in ethics to instill good morals, this cannot be separated from the participation of parents and teachers.The method of implementing Community Service activities is dialogue-participatory education by explaining the importance of learning the values of Pancasila in ethics at the Ruhama Pesantren and Orphanage,. In addition, this activity also involves Foundation educators who have been teaching ethics to students.The results of this activity the students were explained about the application of Pancasila values in ethics. Besides that, it also raises the awareness of students to apply ethics at the Ruhama Pesantren and Orphanage, because the value of Pancasila in ethics should be the main goal in the education system in Indonesia. So that students become moral and ethical. Keywords: ethics, Pancasila, students ABSTRAK Di lembaga pendidikan, baik di sekolah-sekolah maupun yayasan pendidikan telah merumuskan dan menerapkan kode etik peserta didik yaitu suatu sistem norma, nilai dan juga aturan profesional tertulis yang secara tegas menyatakan apa yang benar dan baik dan apa yang tidak benar dan tidak baik bagi profesional dan juga nilai-nilai Pancasila. Namun pada kenyataannya, masih kurangnya kesadaran para peserta didik untuk mentaati peraturan yang ada. Dan orang tua pun menyalahkan lembaga pendidikan akan penurunan moral peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk memulihkan kondisi tersebut, dengan mengajarkan dan mengingatkan kembali kepada peserta didik akan pentingnya mempelajari nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam beretika untuk menanamkan moral yang baik, hal ini tidak luput dari peran serta orang tua dan para pengajar.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat bersifat edukasi dialog-partisipatif dengan cara menerangkan mengenai pentingnya mempelajari nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam beretika di Yayasan Pesantren dan Rumah Yatim Ruhama. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga melibatkan pendidik Yayasan  yang selama ini telah mengajarkan etika kepada peserta didik.Hasil kegiatan ini para peserta didik dijelaskan mengenai penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam beretika. Disamping itu juga menumbuhkan kesadaran peserta didik untuk menerapkan etika di Yayasan Pesantren dan Rumah Yatim Ruhama, karena nilai Pancasila dalam beretika sudah seharusnya menjadi tujuan utama dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Agar peserta didik menjadi bermoral dan beretika. Kata Kunci : etika, Pancasila, peserta didik
