Abstract

This research is inspired by the diversity of students in a number of private Madrasah Aliyah, Central Lampung. By purposive sampling, the researchers took two research locations: MAS Roudlotul Huda Padangratu and MAS Bustanul 'Ulum Jayasakti. The selection of the two locations was based on the fact that the principals of the two madrasahs could be managed well by the diversity of students. This qualitative study aims to determine the leadership role of the madrasah principal in inseminating socio-cultural values ​​in the madrasah. By using documentation, observation, and in-depth interviews with madrasah leaders and several teachers, this study concludes that socio-cultural values ​​are madrasah's efforts to improve student competence through the leadership role of the madrasah principal. Among the leadership strategies of the madrasah head are habituation strategies, exemplary strategies, value internalization strategies, policy strategies (power strategies), and persuasive communication strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of fraud diamond and financial stability on fraudulent financial statement with anti-fraud as a moderating variables in banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange 2016-2020. The sample used in this study is 28 companies. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis technique used is quantitative. Structural Equation Modeling is used as an analysis with the help of Smart SPSS software version 25. The results in this study indicate that pressure has no effect on fraudulent financial statements, opportunity has no effect on fraudulent financial statements, rationalization has effect on fraudulent financial statements, ability has no effect on fraudulent financial statements, financial stability has effect on fraudulent financial statements, anti-fraud has not moderate the relationship between pressure on fraudulent financial statements, Anti- fraud has not moderate the relationship between opportunity and fraudulent financial statements, Anti-fraud moderates the relationship between rationalization and fraudulent financial statements, Anti-fraud does not moderate the relationship between ability and fraudulent financial statements, Anti-fraud moderates the relationship between financial stability and fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

the internalization of Islam education values in extracurricular scouting activities will make humans who are able to balance the needs of the world and the hereafter as well as religious science and general science. Internalization can produce high-quality education, namely education that can provide knowledge, both religious science and universal general science, mastery of modern technology, skills, experience, broad relationships, and noble morals. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the internalization of Islamic education values through extracurricular scouting activities at SMP Negeri 23 Bandar Lampung. The method used in This research is qualitative and descriptive. Data collection techniques The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed the internalization of Islamic educational values contained in extracurricular scout activities, namely the value of akidah, worship, and morals, namely through camp activities and scout training. in which there are congregational prayer activities, kultum, spiritual inspiration, and reading prayers before and after scout activities or training. prayers before and after scouting activities or training, the inauguration of councils and signs of general proficiency in grasshoppers, and evaluation of activities

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Taman Belajar Anak – Cirarab dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya pemahaman anak-anak terhadap huruf, angka, warna, bentuk dasar, serta pengenalan hewan dan habitatnya, yang disebabkan keterbatasan media pembelajaran tradisional. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, praktik langsung, presentasi multimedia dengan animasi dan suara, serta permainan edukatif, sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik, menyenangkan, dan mudah dipahami. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak mampu mengikuti setiap tahapan pembelajaran dengan antusias, memahami materi yang diajarkan, serta mampu mempraktikkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam sesi tanya jawab dan permainan edukatif membuktikan adanya peningkatan motivasi dan pemahaman. Dengan demikian, program PKM ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih modern, interaktif, dan relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi.
