Abstract

Coffee is a type of plantation plant that is cultivated and has a fairly high economic value. Indonesia is one of the most developed coffee producing countries. However, along with the abundance of coffee production in Indonesia is not balanced by sophisticated equipment for the automatic drying process of coffee beans. Where in the process of drying coffee beans are usually done outdoors so that the coffee beans dry quickly. As a result, under certain conditions, the process of drying coffee beans encounters obstacles when the rain suddenly comes. This is what often happens so that it decreases the quality of coffee beans and causes losses for coffee farmers in Indonesia. Where is the tool that will be needed an Automation program for Coffee Bean Drying Tools that uses an Arduino uno microcontroller. The program in this system uses rain sensor inputs and light sensors as a roof drive to open and close automatically by utilizing sunlight and rainwater. Arduino itself is used as a data processor. While the output on this tool is in the form of a 16x2 LCD Display which functions to display data from arduino which is used as a timer for the predetermined coffee bean drying process. With this tool, it is hoped that farmers will feel calmer when the coffee bean drying process takes place. So there is no need to feel restless or anxious because the drying of coffee beans will not be exposed to rainwater

Abstract

Conventional reporting systems in the campus environment often produce reports that are not well documented, which causes the handling process to be slow and unclear. This is the problem underlying this research. The purpose of this research is to create and develop a campus reporting web application integrated with a chatbot to increase transparency, speed, and efficiency in the delivery and handling of reports. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Waterfall development model, including the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. This application development uses PHP programming language for the backend, MySQL as the database, and Tailwind CSS and JavaScript for the user interface. Chatbase is used to integrate a chatbot to answer automated questions about the reporting process. The results showed that the developed application was able to facilitate the reporting process systematically through the input form feature, user authentication, and a dashboard that monitors the status of the report, which facilitates the management of reports by the campus. In addition, the chatbot feature helps answer user questions quickly and precisely, increasing user interaction and satisfaction. The conclusion of the study shows that the use of a reporting web application with a chatbot can improve the flow of reports, accelerate handling responses, and increase transparency and documentation in report management in the campus environment.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada zaman digital saat ini telah menghasilkan transformasi signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan formal diharapkan dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan ini agar bisa menyiapkan generasi muda yang memahami teknologi dan siap bersaing di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengevaluasi seberapa efektif ICT digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar di Sekolah Dasar, dengan fokus mengetahui pemanfaatan ICT dalam proses pembelajaran di SD N 99 Palembang. Metodelogi yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek narasumber meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dianalisis menggunakan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ICT telah dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung pembelajaran, seperti penggunaan proyektor, komputer, dan media interaktif. Pemanfaatan ICT meningkatkan motivasi belajar, kualitas pembelajaran, dan keterampilan abad 21 siswa, namun masih terdapat kendala berupa keterbatasan sarana, kompetensi guru, dan akses teknologi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan guru, penyediaan sarana ICT yang memadai, serta kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran.
