Abstract

Abstract, The task of teachers in an effort to achieve learning success is to formulate learning objectives appropriately. Not all teachers have competence in formulating indicators. This study aims to provide information about the importance of understanding learning objectives and their implementation in curriculum development in MI. The research method used is literature research, where researchers obtain data through literature studies or literature without going into the field. The results showed that in a learning process teachers need to consider several things before learning begins in order to achieve the expected learning objectives. So far, many teachers in MI have formulated learning objectives without paying attention to the correct way of preparation. One of them is the application of operational verbs (KKO) in learning objectives. According to Anderson's version, revising Bloom's description, there are three domains in Education, namely cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects. In the cognitive aspect there are 6 taxonomic levels, the psychomotor aspect is 5 levels and the affective aspect is 5 levels. At each level there are operational verbs that become teacher references in formulating learning objectives. Keywords: Learning Objectives, MI Teachers, Curriculum Development

Abstract

This research aims to explain the effectiveness of the jarimatika method in improving the multiplication skills of second-grade students in mathematics at SDI Al Hadad Kedungjambe Singgahan Tuban. This study is classified as qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the jarimatika method can improve student learning outcomes in multiplication material. The application of the Jarimatika method in the second grade at SDI Al Hadad Kedungjambe Singgahan Tuban shows that implementing the Jarimatika method significantly improves various aspects of mathematics learning. There is an increase in student active participation from 45% to 85%, multiplication accuracy rising from 50% to 90%, calculation speed with the average time to complete multiplication problems reduced from 10 minutes to 5 minutes, and student confidence rising from 40% to 80%. Additionally, the number of students achieving the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM) significantly increased after applying this method. Inhibiting factors include students being noisy, often chatting, and lacking understanding. Supporting factors include the ease and practicality of using the jarimatika method and the teacher’s ability to effectively manage and condition the class.

Abstract

The main issue underlying this community service program is the condition of women in Sendang Village, Senori District, Tuban Regency, where the majority are housewives and young women with relatively high unemployment rates. They require guidance that provides new skills to improve their household economy. This program focuses on utilizing local potential in the form of leaves rich in natural pigments and tannins, such as teak, kersen, guava, and eucalyptus leaves, to produce eco-printing batik products. The purpose of this community service is to provide practical skills for village women so they can develop creative businesses based on local resources while simultaneously building collective awareness of economic independence and sustainable environmental management. The method applied was a participatory approach through community organizing, including stages of identifying social conditions, analyzing local resources, conducting discussions with village leaders, providing technical training in eco-printing batik, and offering assistance in business management and marketing. This strategy was strengthened through regular evaluations and the formation of women’s groups as new social institutions. The results showed increased technical skills among participants, the establishment of women’s eco-printing batik groups, the emergence of local female leaders, and greater collective awareness of the village’s economic and ecological potential. Thus, this program successfully encouraged sustainable social transformation through the integration of practical skills, women’s empowerment, and the utilization of local wisdom.
